The open layout connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The renovated kitchen includes white shaker cabinetry, quartz countertops, a sea-glass tile backsplash, and stainless Samsung appliances. A breakfast bar with seating for three connects to the living area. All three bedrooms are located on a single level.



The primary bedroom includes a queen bed and smart TV.

The second bedroom features a modern platform bed and wall-mounted sconces.

The third bedroom overlooks the backyard and mature trees.



Two full bathrooms serve the home, including one with a black-and-white tiled walk-in shower. The deck is set up for outdoor dining and overlooks a deep, tree-lined yard with a large lawn. The property offers privacy and usable outdoor space for extended stays.

• For stays of 21 days or more, utility expenses, including electricity and gas/oil charges, will be calculated based on the actual duration of the guest's stay upon receipt of the utility bills from the Owner.

• Reservations of 29 nights or more require a refundable security deposit

Guests have full private access to the home and yard. Driveway parking is available. Check-in instructions and lockbox details are provided prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay receive a 100% refund.

Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay receive a 50% refund.



Guest Insurance

Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement. A property damage protection policy is included with the booking for stays under 29 nights. This policy covers incidental damage to the home during the stay. It does not cover trip cancellation due to illness or other personal reasons. Report any incidents to our team promptly. Longer stays require a refundable security deposit.
