Quiet upscale community. The semi private beach is just across the street and never crowded. The condo includes dish washer, washer and dryer; a large screen television and a second smaller television in the master bedroom with a large private full bath; It's very clean and you won't miss a thing. There are 3 pools, one heated in the colder months, exercise room and four tennis courts and a beautiful club house.

Very comfortable space. Kitchen lacked silverware and usable skillets. Only 2 burners were working, but the 2 that did work were ok and oven was fine. Good dishwasher and clothes washer and dryer. Great water pressure in the shower! Could have been a little cleaner, but we’ve stayed in worse places.

Great location, better cleaning service

Property was in a great location and had a great pool and tennis courts with easy access to the beach. Upon arrival I had to mop all the floors because it looked like it wasn’t done, as well as cleaned the dining room table. The bedding in the master and pillows could be updated, but we did enjoy our stay.

Great property

Sea Woods is a great location. The condos are in a pleasant area with walking/biking trails, three pools, tennis and pickle ball courts. Lots of live oaks to keep us cool on the warm days. Close crossover to the ocean, and a short drive to Canaveral Beach. Kitchen was equipped nicely. Condo was roomy, bright, and cheery. Be aware ahead of time, no grilling is permitted at any time anywhere in the Sea Woods development. Sea Woods has lots of organized activities such as water yoga, water aerobics, taichi, crochet classes, bingo, etc. We had a great month there! Great fishing was available in Mosquito Lagoon, on the surf, and on Merritt Island. Lots of bird watching on Merritt Island and the Orlando Wetlands Park.

Quick Smyrna stay

Close to shops and beach which was nice. I'm very picky about old dirt and it's apparent that a deep clean is very needed.

Good Location

Good location for beach access. Grounds are lovely. Furnishings are nice, overall Pretty clean,.linens need update & noticed a few minor maintenance items but priced right during Bikeweek.

Wonderful Sea Woods

The Sea Woods Complex in New Smyrna Beach is a great place to stay, close to the beach, 3 pools with wonderful plantings. The unit was spacious and convenient to everything. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking at home. The furnishings were a bit dated but the couch was very comfortable. The street noise from S Atlantic Ave can be disturbing at time; but overall we had a great stay and would love to return.

Management answered the phone the 1 time I called and was friendly and helpful!! Great furniture, beds and living arrangements. Highly recommended. Pretty 5 minute walk to the beach. Would stay there again no questions.

Family visit

This was a great place for us to use as a “home base” while visiting with family in the area. It was an easy walk across the road to access the beach and had plenty of places to eat in the area.

Comfortable little condo. Would stay again. Everything went smoothly. My only complaint was that the comforter had not been washed prior to my stay.

New Smyrna stay

We enjoyed this location very much. Very close to the beach and size of condo was bigger than expected. Owner was very easy to work with. If anything, I had to do a little extra cleaning upon check in but would still stay here again if visiting.

Do not stay here

We arrived to beds that had been slept in and all of the dirty towels in a pile in front of the washer. The owner did not answer any of our messages for 3 days...so we were forced to wash all bedding and towels. When the owner answered, he said he would give us our cleaning fee back...3 weeks later...no deposit back

Someone had stayed there without my permission or knowledge. I responded that if you provide me with a name and address I will send you a refund check for the cleaning service that was not provided also, we contacted you that very night and discussed this issue

Florida Getaway at Sea Woods

We had a wonderful time at this condo in Sea Woods. This was our first time "snowbirding, " and we definitely caught the bug! Sea Woods is a beautiful complex with plenty of shade for morning or afternoon walks, beautiful pools, and tennis and pickle ball! The landscaping is gorgeous and the property is well-groomed. The people we met were all very friendly. We were right across the roadway from the beach, and our daily routine couldn't have been more pleasant. The condo itself could use some updating. We slept well on the comfortable beds and felt like the condo was very spacious. But the Living Room furniture was worn and not very comfy. Carpets were well-worn and could use at least a cleaning, if not replacement. The condo could also use a new paint job, as the last one was possibly done in a hurry, with paint over the light switches, etc. We also would have liked to take advantage of the small balcony, but it was not a very inviting place. We felt like Robert was a good host, got back to us in a timely fashion, and helped us with a few minor problems. He also offered us a discount for renting the entire month. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return to Sea Woods! We would definitely consider renting this particular condo again if we were told that some updates/improvements would be taking place.
