Coastal Waters is located at 3509 S Atlantic Avenue at the intersection of South Atlantic and 26th avenue in New Smyrna Beach.

The property is a classic 1950s Florida vintage hotel. Coastal Waters consists of 3 buildings with three floors.

The property has been modernized and updated with super-fast WIFI, a new heated pool, extended gas line to the grill area so no more propane tanks and digital wifi enabled door locks to provide easy access and simple contactless check in!

Room 211 is on the third floor. Walk into the living and kitchen area. The small kitchenette is supplied with all the basics to help you prepare simple meals and includes a table that can expand to seat 4.

Bedroom has King bed. Living room has pull out couch.

Private gate is located directly in front of the unit for easy beach access.

Good room for sleeping and a shower, very outdated and needs work 
. Lots of walking without elevator hauling beach stuff up and down stairs
. Limited parking and parking across the street was difficult with beach chairs/bags
.also, had a few bugs inside the room 😳

Good place to stay for the price. Good access to the beach.

Property is dated and could use some upgrades and maintenance. Pool area is good. Room door access codes were not working and gates around the pool and beach are a pain as they require a key and only one per room is provided. Overall, it was ok for the price.

Unclean and overpriced

We booked this property for the location, and while we didn’t expect it to be a 5-star resort, we did expect a certain base level of cleanliness. The shower liner was so gross that we couldn’t touch it, the bathtub was dirty on the bottom, hair was stuck in the hairdryer, trash was left in the fridge and on the balcony, the pull out couch mattress was yellow, thin and old, and the place looked like it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned in a long time (so much standing dust on the bedroom ceiling fan that we couldn’t even turn it on). Super upsetting and happy to share pictures.

Great location beautiful pool. totally outdated and in need of some repairs. Light switches don’t work. Totally overpriced. Ted was comfortable.

Loved my stay here. I had a little issue with check-In but it was quickly resolved because the host was really quick to respond and very helpful! Definitely recommend staying here! Great place on the beach(:

Excellent Stay at New Symerna Beach

Excellent place to stay. Very Clean. Friendly staff. Short drive to restaurants and shopping. Great breakfast cafe nearby after a sunrise walk on the beach. Great choice for a visit.

however the view and proximity to the beach is 5 star! Would stay there again!

I really liked the property. It was only 6 minutes to the main strip that had the shops and bars. It happened to rain a lot on our trip so we didn't get to go to the beach, but could enjoy the view. Would stay here again.

We were very disappointed with our stay here. Hard to get the key codes to work, no air conditioning in the bedroom, cable not working in bedroom, light bulbs missing, very old, depressing. Worst was the parking. Had to park across a four lane street and cross in the dark to get to the motel. Being older and handicapped, this was very dangerous. We will never use this service again.

Great for a short beach trip!

I was overall satisfied with this rental. It was perfect for what I needed, a short last minute trip to NSB with family. Everything was conveniently accessible and as described by the owner. The location was so perfect, extremely pleased there!!
