Welcome to the Sea Woods Community. You'll be very hard pressed to find another beachside community that matches this combination of natural beauty and incredible amenities. This 2 bedroom condo also offers an additional 2 baths. The home best sleeps 6 adults but a pull out couch is available for 2 extra guests. You will love lounging on the patio which is accessed by one of the bedrooms and the main living area. This unit has a genuine cozy beach vibe and receives welcomed shade in the summer months from the canopy of beautiful oaks so prevalent throughout Sea Woods. Just grab your flip flops and beach gear! An incredible location - just a very short walk to the beautiful no-drive beach as well as several shopping and dining options. Sea Woods features 3 pools(1 heated), tennis courts, shuffleboard, pickleball, a large clubhouse, fitness center, sauna and walking/biking paths canopied by sprawling oaks and surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. There's truly no other community like this beachside. Come see for yourself why Sea Woods is still one of the best kept secrets in New Smyrna Beach.

The inside of Karen's place was really nice, clean, and spacious. It was on the first floor which was a plus. Perfect for what my friends and I needed. Karen was very quick with responses for the few questions I had...much appreciated. We didn't use the pools or get to the beach, but New Smyrna Beach is a beautiful beach I have visited for over 40 years and the pool areas looked very inviting.

The host, Karen was incredibly welcoming and quick to respond. The property was just as described, comfortable and exceptionally clean! The rental book was helpful in locating places to eat and things to do!

Comfortable Stay

We were very happy with this property and with the quick response time that the host had when we had questions. The home was very clean and comfortable with a great layout for both spending time with the kids and having a little time to ourselves once they'd gone to bed. The games and full size washer and dryer were great additions. Highly recommend!

Nice, quiet vacation rental

We went on a family vacation to NSB. This rental had everything we needed and was affordable. Walking to the beach is easy. Plenty of parking. We didn't use the pools. The condo itself was super clean and nicely decorated. The patio is small. Overall I would recommend this if you are looking for a nice but quiet place to vacation.

Very Clean and Nice

My family just needed a place to stay for 2 nights . The host was so gracious to rent to us for the 2 nights . We found the condo to be very clean and extremly well decorated and very accommodating .While we did not use the kitchen it is very well stocked . Most rentals I have experienced usally have that rental smell . I do not know how they do it but this condo had the most pleasant fragrance that impressed me as much as anything else did. And there is a lot about this condo that makes it a great place to stay .

This is a great neighborhood with easy access to the beach and within walking distance to stores and restaurants. There are wooded trails that are fun to explore that make it feel like you are in a jungle. There’s also a marked path by the main entrance right to the ocean with a crosswalk across the busy street. The AC is very cold and there are plenty of dishes if you plan to fix meals. The beds were also very comfortable although I had to do a double stack of pillows to sleep. Excellent stay for me and my two teenage daughters, especially because we had our own bathrooms.
