Living room, Dining room and kitchen all enjoy stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean. Master bedroom and Master bath also enjoy the same view. Additionally this end unit also has 3 windows on its east side letting in plenty of natural light and offering a larger feel to the unit than interior units. If the marina and yachts intrigue you simply walk downstairs through the gate to enter the marina. Sportfish yachts and large center consoles with multiple outboards will have you fantasizing or planning your next day on the water. Walk 100 yards North to Yellowfin Bar and Grill for a sit down meal overlooking Oceanside Marina. Or better yet go out on a fishing charter and have them cook your catch ! The property also offers kayaking, wet slip rentals, jet ski tours, boat rentals and much more. Large covered balcony with room to lounge in front of Ocean, enjoy a meal, or read a book in peace. 5 additional restaurants within 2 minutes Italian, Mexican, Cuban, & American cuisine. Condo comes with 2 assigned/covered parking spots. Drive 10 minutes to old town/Duval Street for a taste of the famous Key West night life and return to our peaceful slice of paradise. We truly enjoyed this stay! Gorgeous view of the ocean and loved sitting on the verandah with a bonus of the sunset every evening. Everything you need plus the mattresses are incredibly comfortable! Highly recommend this lovely place. Wonderful to walk to the marina on property as well as the delicious restaurant on property. Loved everything!

If you are looking for an amazing property to stay at while you are in Key West, this is the place. The place was clean and fully loaded with all your necessities to make it feel like home. It is conveniently located to CVS, Publix, shopping, beaches and Downtown. Zach was an amazing host to deal with and checked in to make sure everything was going well during our stay. Perfect place for my family. Will come here again.

Exceeded Expectations

We just wrapped up our stay and can’t say enough good things about this place! The home completely exceeded our expectations…it was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we could have possibly needed.But what truly made this stay exceptional was the host, Zach. He was absolutely amazing — responsive, thoughtful, and made sure every detail was taken care of. You can tell he genuinely cares about making sure his guests have the best experience possible.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a stress-free, comfortable, and memorable getaway.

Perfection

I brought my 3 boys (ages 15, 12 & 11) and we all loved this property! There was plenty of space for all of us. We loved enjoying our meals on the balcony, watching the boats coming and going. It was a great location to drive to key west for shopping and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Spring Break Getaway

Everything about this condo was top notch! Good location, well stocked and the cleanest I've stayed in over the years! We loved the view from the balcony! Enjoyed morning coffee, lunches and reading there. Zach responded quickly to any messages we sent and provided any information we needed! close enough to key west

loved the property, loved the view. it was 10 minutes or more to duval street and then finding parking, but we didn't go there every day. beds were great, well stocked linen closet for towels (bath and pool), well stocked kitchen for pans, dished etc. condo very clean - almost too clean with the smell of cleaners.

Fantastic family vacation spot

The condo was absolutely perfect for our family! Still within driving distance to the Duval street area, it is a perfect spot for quiet and relaxation. The location was ideal for nice walks around the marina. It was perfectly laid out for beds for our family. We absolutely will be back to this condo when we return. Captain Zach was quick to respond whenever we needed anything. Thank you for a beautiful condo with the most perfect views!!

Great Place to Stay

Loved the unit, loved the fact is was away from the crowds but down town was very easy to get to. We think Island has two of the best restaurants in the area, Hog Fish and The Docks.

Owner great, easy to talk to. Condo well stocked and clean. Very easy check in ….you get a code and walk in. Balcony has great views so we usually ended up eating and reading out there. Fun to walk over to Yellowfin Bar or the marina and look at the boats.

Great stay

Condo was clean and well maintained. Property owner responded quickly to questions. We were completely satisfied with our stay and would choose this property again if we ever to the Keys again. It was also a bonus that the owner does fishing charters which was a wonderful time as well.

Upon entrance into the condo I could smell how clean it was. Owners have put great thought into their place. From decor to a kitchen well stocked for any kind of cooking. We highly recommend staying there. Thank you for making our trip so great!

Beautiful condo!

My family and I had a great time at this completely renovated condo. It’s a corner unit so that was great, and had a wonderful ocean view. It is NOT 10 minutes from duval street, more like 20 minutes, but we did not mind, as it’s a very easy and beautiful drive. It had great amenities, the location adjacent to oceans edge resort was awesome. We arrived at night and questioned the location at first when driving to it but inside the community felt safe and convenient.Very close to the airport. We will be coming again for sure! Thank you to the host.

Definitely recommend

Great accommodations for our family fishing trip. Conveniently located at the marina, secure, private and relaxing with a lovely view from a large covered deck. The condo was clean and well stocked for cooking, exceeding expectations. Zach was very responsive and helpful.
