Designed for couples and solo travelers, this one-bedroom retreat inside the Sawgrass Beach Club community puts you right between Jacksonville Beach and historic St. Augustine. Sorry, no pets.

Living space
The living area wraps you in warm, nostalgic coastal décor that feels lived-in and personal without sacrificing comfort. Air conditioning and heating keep the atmosphere just right no matter the season, while the TV gives you a laid-back way to unwind. Step out onto the patio and let the salty breeze and the sound of nearby surf do the rest.

Sleeping arrangements
One bedroom with a queen bed is set up for a genuinely restful night after long days by the water. Towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper are all provided so you can arrive light and settle in immediately.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at your own pace - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, silverware, and cooking basics are all on hand. Pull up a chair at the dining table for a slow breakfast or a relaxed dinner in before heading back outside.

Bathroom
The bathroom comes with a bathtub, hair dryer, and hot water - everything needed to rinse off and recharge after a day at the beach.

Work & laundry
A dedicated workspace keeps you productive when the trip calls for it, and an in-unit washer and dryer handle sandy beach clothes so you're always ready for another day out.

Location
The Flip Flop sits within Sawgrass Beach Club in Ponte Vedra Beach, positioned between Jacksonville Beach and historic St. Augustine. Direct beach access puts the Atlantic right across from the condo, and lake access is available within the community as well. The community outdoor pool gives you another way to spend your afternoons, and free parking on premises means one less thing to manage. The surrounding area carries a quiet residential feel while keeping you within easy reach of coastal dining, cultural landmarks, and the natural scenery northeast Florida is known for.

Please note
This property is located inside Sawgrass Country Club. Amenities are private. Guests have access to the community pool and the beach directly across from the condo. This is a Local Host Company managed property. We are available to assist throughout your stay.

-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person staying on property. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.
