This is a lovely well maintained condo right on the beach. The host Angela was so very kind and helpful during our 8 night stay. The unit was fully stocked with most anything one could need for a fun beach vacation or peaceful respite by the ocean. We really did not want for anything plus the area was safe and convenient. This one is a 10 out of 10!

Our stay was wonderful! The place was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed for a lovely stay. The beach was beautiful, especially the morning sunrise. It was spacious and comfortable. Our Host, Tish, was very attentive. We had one issue that was handled well and solved quickly. Communication was great. The place was very easy to access. The location was amazing and close to everything we needed. We would love to return. I highly recommend.

Great location

The condo was very clean. We have stayed here the past 2 years in December and the owner always gets back with us in a timely manner whenever we have any questions. The condo has a nice big balcony overlooking the ocean.We were very happy with our stay and will probably book again next year.

Jax Beach Visit

Our first stay in Jax Beach and this was an excellent choice. Great location, very nicely decorated and well equipped. Really enjoyed sunrise coffee on the balcony and morning beach walks to the pier. The owner has provided for a great beach experience.

The unit had a few issues: tv was very hard to use, mold around vents in mb shower, when you opened the shower door it covered the Ada handle so it could not be used. The owner gave us a hard time about our service dog which is fully certified and travels all over the world.

Our site explains that since the owner of the unit has pet allergies that unfortunately, service animals are not permitted. The guests did have trouble accessing the smart TV as it has a password for parental controls. I immediately had a family member come to the unit and assist them with TV access. No other issues were reported or they would have been immediately dealt with. There was an extra cleaning fee as there was dog hair throughout the unit, this was NOT passed on to the guests.

This property is very nice. It is clean and well maintained. The area is very quiet but also very close to shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again if visiting the area.

This place is one of the best places we have stayed in jax beach area. The view of the beach and how clean the property are some of the high lights. The owner was helpful and made us feel not as a guest but as a friend.
