In the center of it all is this newly renovated farm ranch. This two bedroom home is a short drive to near by vineyards, restaurants, farm stands, a brewery, shopping malls, aquarium and the beaches. This home includes wifi, cable and streaming 65 inch TV, Netflix, HBO, Showtime. The kitchen includes pots, pans, glasses and utensils for cooking. Washer and dryer for your convenience. A/C through out the home.. Towels , shampoo, soap, toilet paper, linens , extra pillows are all provided. Outside BBQ also provided on request. NO PETS allowed and NO SMOKING.

This is a great property. We have stayed here 3 times and absolutely love it. The Host is great and very communicative; the property is clean with some basic supplies to get you through your first day and the location is perfect for exploring both the North and South fork of the Hamptons. There are shops close by for anything you need but the property itself feels very rural. Would highly recommend.

The updated, charming home is spotless, bright, and very comfortable with all the amenities you could need. Check in is simple and the host is very responsive. The outside property is beautiful and nicely kept. It is quiet and feels remote, but we were never more than a five minute drive to restaurants, groceries, and bountiful farms. This home is truly a gem!

Peaceful and clean!

What a beautiful and relaxing location- surrounded by farms and flowers that attracted butterflies and bees all day long! The house was exactly what I wanted and I loved how clean and organized it was. It was a pleasure to come home every evening to this peaceful retreat!

Great place! VERY clean. Linda Came and met us when we checked in. Her home was very clean. The home was close to the street so we heard cars through the night but nothing that would deter us from staying there again.

Amazing!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and both times have been perfect. The house is clean, cozy and well equipped with everything you could need. The garden is, for me, the best part and we had many nights BBQing, relaxing in the chairs and watching fireflies. The host is lovely and very responsive. The property location is great, there is lots to do in the local area and easy access to both the North and South Forks of the Hamptons. We can't wait to come again next year.

Super clean

Very much appreciated the cleanliness of the house. The expression “you could eat off the floors applied here”. The location made it easy to visit the North Fork. As others have mentioned the road noise is loud and the beds were overly soft, not supportive. I would rent again based on how clean and well kept everything was.

Cute, clean home in North Fork wine country

My two friends and I had an amazing girls’ weekend on the North Fork. The home is exceptionally clean and cozy with everything you need. The house is right on a road that can get noisy at times with cars and motorcycles driving by but it didn’t stop us from enjoying our stay. Linda was an excellent communicator and immediately replaced the coffee machine when we discovered it wasn’t working properly. Thanks for a great stay!

In town for a family memorial.

My sister and I escorted my mother to Long Island for a memorial service. Mom's mobility is waning so it was important that we found a single level home. This home was perfect! Linda's VRBO is fabulous. Sparkling clean. Everything in the home is updated. New flooring throughout, recently remodeled/updated bathroom & kitchen, brand new washer and dryer, very comfortable bedding & beds. Shower pressure great and no lack of hot water. Keurig coffee maker, fluffy towels and excellent outdoor lighting for arriving home in the dark. Love love love this place. Hope to stay here again in the future when returning to Long Island. Thanks Linda!!!!!

Wonderful Stay

Property was just as described and had all the amenities we were looking for. We were in Long Island for a wedding and our accommodations were perfect and the location couldn't have been any better. Would stay here again.

A Pleasant Experience!

Linda was warm and welcoming to her property. It was very clean and inviting, fully equipped for most day to day needs. Centrally located for convenience of reaching all the east end has to offer. Rural setting but minutes from eating and shopping. A very pleasurable stay.
