Welcome to the hamlet of Ridge. The gateway to Long Islands many treasures. Whether you are venturing out to the North Fork wineries or a scenic drive on the south shore beaches on your way to the Hamptons. A beautiful cozy private (not a shared space) full one bedroom downstairs lower level apartment, living room w/full size sofa sleeper, kitchen/dining room, full bathroom and a completely fenced in separate yard with patio furniture exclusively for your use. Great area to sit and relax or enjoy yard time with your pet. Yes, pets are allowed if house broken.
The area has so much to offer. Short drive to many beaches, parks, East Wind, Georgio's, Baseball heaven, Brookhaven Lab, Peconic Hospital (travel nurses and doctors), Scott's Point Restaurant and Amusement, near by Pickle ball court, hiking, bicycling trails, many restaurants, wineries and so much more. Everything you need to enjoy your stay!

Apartment was clean and quiet. It was very handy to the East Winds wedding venue. Owner's communication was excellent; she replied very promptly to messages. We didn't use the kitchen much, but it appeared to be well-appointed. We would rent from this owner again.

Tammy was a lovely host. She provided very detailed instructions on how to get to the Vrbo, parking location, and access in advance. Vrbo was just as pictured too!

Convenient and Quiet

I stayed here with another adult and my dog while visiting family in the area. It suited our needs and the fenced yard was wonderful for my dog. The bed was comfortable and we didn't have any issues or needs. The apartment was quiet and the parking was convenient.Only slight challenge was the AC. It is a basement apartment so you have to reach up to get to the AC controls. Totally manageable unless you are on the shorter side.

Great stay

I stayed with my wife and two kids. We were in town for my son’s baseball tournament. Host is quick to respond and the listing is accurate. Yard is private and was a nice addition.

Loved our stay

This apartment was a great stay. We wanted to be close to some friends that live in Long Island. The space was perfect for my 9 month old, my husband and myself. In our first night, we had an issue with the toilet and Tammy came to our rescue immediately. Communication with her was so easy and although it was a brief inconvenience, having a super attentive host made a huge difference. She fixed the issue herself!!! The rest of the stay was exceptional. We were so grateful and the little hiccup in our stay didn’t sully our experience because of Tammy’s quick action.

Exactly what we needed

We stayed there for 3 nights. The property inside was a little dark as is it located in the basement. However that was not a big deal. It looked new and clean. One big positive was the large yard we had access to. The location was great and we were 15mins away from everywhere we needed to be. The host Tammy was very responsive and provided great directions. I would recommend this place and would stay there again. Can fit 4 people comfortably, 2 in queen and 2 on pull out couch. Thumbs up from us!
