Perfect house for our family

This house worked out perfectly for my extended family with rooms on various floors providing privacy, bunk room for young children and numerous bathrooms. The large kitchen and family room were wonderful and allowed us to spread out and relax.

The home was very well kept and met all of our needs for the group. We were very blessed by it and it accommodated all of our guests very nicely. Benny is a 10/10 host and will definitely consider staying here again in the future!

Friend get together

Very nice common areas can handle multiple group activities at once. Excellent parking. Easy to get to. Property manager is easy to work with. The only down sides are minor. Noise carries very well through the house and there are LOTS of stairs. This is a great multi-family rental.

I would definitely come back

The house is in a perfect location- walking distance to trails, the lake and very close to shopping and restaurants. The lay out is nice and there is ample room to spread out. We enjoyed the lake view from the gazebo.

Convenient to lake, plenty of amenities but not so nice you were afraid to break things. No lake View but a very short walk to lake and near all stores. Great AC!!

Spacious and great location

It was a birthday celebration with my family and friends, 6 adults and 5 children. The kitchen is well equipped. Kids loved running around the yard, we could still watch them from the kitchen while cooking or playing card games. The location is perfect that we could shop groceries, visit Granie Bay, Natoma Lake within 15 minutes. Benny is an amazing host. Highly recommend this place!

Great Retreat House!

We had a large group up at the house and it accommodated us well. Plenty of living spaces, loved that they provided extra folding tables and chairs. The view is beautiful. Would definitely recommend.

My group needed a large home to accommodate us, and this property fit the bill. Lots of rooms, great seating areas and places for us to chat, large kitchen with everything you might need. Benny was an excellent host, communicative and accommodating to our special request. Thank you for a great weekend!

Great place for a large group

Benny is a wonderful host and very responsive to special requests. The house is well supplied and family friendly. There are fold up tables and chairs to help expand meal sitting when all want to eat at once at a table. We had 14 in our group. There are excellent markets nearby and plenty of restaurants where you can get take out to bring to the house--handy when you first arrive. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Great place for family and friends

It is a great location? A little hard to find at first but perfect for a group. Plenty of room for everyone. Only negative is need more silverware for dining a group that large and with 15 women we ran out of toilet paper in two bathrooms and didn’t find two rolls until the last morning. Needs to be more in each bathroom. (If you have a house full of women anyway!)

Great family reunion on my moms 80th bday celebration

My family wth 20 adults and 3 kids enjoyed our stay in thisFolsom Lake House The house is clean when we check in and smells really fresh We celebrated my moms 80th bday inside the house And we did a lot of photo shoots outside the house which is perfect for a large group like us They have a very bighouse and very big area where the kids enjoyed running and playing water balloon’s after our family pictorial Cery nice location , 5 minutes from stores abd supermarkets And to top it all the host Benny was an excellent host I will recommend this highly for big families and we might rent it back as soon as possible

Folsom

We liked the property and it was ideal for our needs - a family reunion. Although the property is close to a busy road there was no traffic noise from inside the house. The location of the property is good; the historic centre of Folsom is interesting and we can recommend Karen's Bakery for a coffee or lunch. Lake Folsom adjoins the property but we were a little disappointed by the facilities there - it is excellent for boating and cycle trails but not so good for beaches and for swimming.

Walking distance to Folsom Lake

Very spacious & clean house, and quiet neighborhood. Within walking distance to Folsom lake, boating area. Short drive to the beach area. It has enough space for our whole family of various ages. Well stocked kitchen. Lots of stores nearby in case you forgot to bring some items. Host was kind & quick to respond. Easy check in & check out.
