Family/Friends Getaway On The Brazos River

Enjoy the vacation of a lifetime at CABANA SHORES on the peaceful and relaxing Brazos River. This vacation home features spacious guest accommodations and an outstanding riverfront experience with outdoor entertainment area which is for guest use only. The outdoor entertainment area features a fire pit, trampoline , complete outdoor kitchen, bathroom, outdoor shower, hot tub, ping pong, and regulation size horse shoe and washer pits. There is also an audio system with an iPod docking station and built-in TV. Propane heaters will be provided in the winter, upon request.

There is an amazing sand beach at the waters edge, where kids can swim or play all day. The large wooded (2+ acre) lot provides plenty of shade to sit and watch the boats go by. Or drive your boat up on the sandy shore after enjoying a full day of glass smooth water.

The 2006 manufactured home features 5 spacious bedrooms, sleeping up to 14 people maximum. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room features a new 55" 4K TV with DirecTV. The master bedroom and outdoor cabana also have a TV. The fireplace room and two other guest bedrooms also have flat screen televisions. High speed internet is available for those who have to send a last minute email to the work they left behind.

The wrap-around multi-level deck offers many opportunities to dine, socialize, or watch wildlife.

The bedrooms consist of a master bedroom, en suite, with a queen size bed. The master bathroom feature has been updated with bright and open shower with granite counter tops. There are two other bedrooms, each with queen sized beds. There is a "twin room" with 3 twin beds. Two of the twin beds can be pushed together to create a king sized bed. The adaptor is in the closet. The room off living room has bunk bed (full bottom/twin top) and has a twin daybed with twin trundle.

The views at CABANA SHORES are breathtaking, whether it is stargazing at night or watching the sun come up with a cup of warm coffee off of the back deck of the home. This is the ultimate retreat where you can unwind and let go of life's worries.
