This beautifully furnished 4 bed, 3 bath luxury pool/spa villa is located on the exclusive resort of EMERALD ISLAND 5 minutes from Disney World.
A dramatic palm tree lined boulevard, past lakes with fountains and sculptured dolphins, leads to the gated entrance which is manned 24 hours a day for your absolute security.
Guests have full use of the Lakeside Clubhouse, which features air conditioned fitness center, lounge with wide screen TV, Internet Cafe with free high speed internet access, Games Room, and Sauna.


There is also a children's playground, tennis courts, volleyball court, and nature trails safely located within conservation areas.
A concierge service is also located in the clubhouse, which is soon to be equipped with a sundry shop. A short drive or walk (1 mile) will lead you to restaurants, a supermarket and shops.

Home features two masters, pool /spa and a game room for your enjoyment
Also has high speed internet in the home for your use just bring your laptop!

One King bedroom, one Queen Bedroom and 2 rooms with twin beds.

We had an excellent stay and a great time! Property is wonderful. Make sure to purchase your access pass before getting there. Great communication with owner. Wi-fi easy access. Very close to all the parks- only about 15 min. Make sure to shut doors right away as the house does truly heat up for the slightest seconds doors are open. Check in access easy- door can be a little sticky and lock can be a little tricky at times.Wonderful stay and wonderful house! Would return and recommend!

Owner was rude in communication. Wasn’t told about fee of 25 a day to heat the hottub and can’t turn air lower than 72 degrees until hours before arrival.

The overall stay was good however, the pool was too hot and temp was never correct and we couldn’t get in touch with the owner. Also in the day time it was hot even the AC was set on 72.

ROACHES. AC & POOL PARTIALLY WORK

I am a VRBO Host. I take pride in providing an amazing stay for my guests. This is one of many short term rentals I have stayed at, and while it was not completely terrible, it was definitely bad. We were here for two weeks, and the neighborhood is the only truly good experience. No matter how much Glade spray we used, the primary bathroom continuously smelled rotten, and the rusty shower curtain kept falling, because it was being held up by what used to be a glass door frame. The primary bathroom was a smelly, terrible experience. We had several ants by the bed, a cockroach by the washing machine, and another roach was hanging out by the sink in the kitchen. These are the roaches that we actually saw. Get an exterminator, sir. The AC worked sporadically. We were sweating like crazy by mid week. The pool filter also worked sporadically. We could not get rid of all the tiny insects in the pool quick enough to swim. There are also no lights in the pool for an evening swim. No coffee pods either. He left us instructions to wash the towels. I am not a maid. I’m on vacation, sir. The host was rude when I didn’t receive the “check in” email, which he could have also texted, at least the access code like I do for my guests. If the host would put more effort into fixing up this property, it could truly be fantastic. We were overcharged for a mediocre experience.

Beautiful clean home. Great communication. No problems getting into the community or the home. Just make sure you bring all personal bathroom necessities. No paper towels, and you will need wash and dry all towels before you leave. I brought my own. If cooking bring all condiments, spices, ect. All in all a nice place.

We didn’t stay as soon as we saw the property it smelt of curry and air-conditioning wasn’t working so we told him we want our money back as from now I haven’t received my money back. Jim was very rude and the property management lady was also very rude I will never ever Use this again.

Great House!

This was our fourth rental at Emerald Island Resort but our favorite house. The furniture was very comfortable and the hot tub was perfectly hot. We had a great stay. Would definitely go back. Thanks!

Awesome Vacation Home

Emerald Resort was as amazing as it was described to us before we booked our stay. The ladies at the gate were great, answered all of our questions and even created our dogs. The Neighborhood was great and the home was perfect for our family vacation. We look forward to booking again in the future and would highly recommend.

The Worst.

We were not able to enter the property because the host did not communicate with us properly and never gave us the key pin to enter the home. We spent hours calling, texting, and emailing him to please send us the key pin and he accused us of giving a fake identity even after we sent him a picture proof of the email that we received, which had no information on it. Our trip was ruined due to the host’s inability to share the information that we paid for, do not stay here.

Comfortable Beds

The house is only a couple mins away from town, close to all amusement parks. Only thing is, the houses are very close to one another. Our next door neighbor decided to have a party one night & it was loud in the house. The AC did not keep up, during the day it would reach 77-78 in the house. Beds were very comfortable! Great communication with property management.

Excellent Stay!

We have stayed in this property twice now (unsure if the same management both times) but regardless enjoyable experiences. Emerald island is the perfect location, lots of shopping, restaurants and of course ten minutes to Disney is great. The house is as described in the listing. The pool area is maybe starting to show its age a bit more (some missing tiles around the pool) but that has no impact on anything. We had issues with the WIFI one day but management sent out a tech same day and had it back up and running. Check-in was simple. The beds were comfortable and the house stocked well. I would stay again.

Beautiful Home

House was perfect for my small little family, everything was perfect, just hope the pool area was a little bigger for walking/playing, overall, it was perfect, peaceful we love it. 🙂
