Perfect for a family vacation. Why be cramped in a hotel room, when you and your family can enjoy yourselves in a beautiful home. Free pool and spa heat equivalent to $25 a day savings if rent for 7 days or more.

This home has a fully equipped kitchen including a full size refrigerator with ice maker, oven/range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, crock pot and all the accessories you'll need to prepare anything from a gourmet meal to a quick snack.

Game room with TV/DVD, pool table, foosball and board games. Sports equipment available for use in the park out your back door. You have basketball, tennis, putting green and playground area available in the park. In addition to being minutes from Disney, this home provides quick and easy access to the main highways leading to all of central Florida's attractions. Conveniently located within two miles, you will find grocery stores, 24 hour Walgreen's Pharmacy, along with many popular restaurants such as Outback Steak house. Miller's Ale House, Red Lobster, Giordano's Pizza, Texas Road House, Joe's Crab House, Olive Garden, Outback Steak house, Carrabba's Italian Grill, Buffalo Wild Wings, Chuy's Mexican restaurant and more!!!

Perfect Vacation Home

We stayed at this house for 10 days in the beginning of November. We came to go to Disney and Universal. This was my first time staying in a VRBO and I will say that we had a great experience. The house is beautiful and had all the amenities that we needed. It was kept it great condition and we enjoyed the hot tub. It is really close to Disney parks and only about 30 minutes from Universal Parks. The hosts were great communicating with us for any concerns we had. We would definitely recommend staying at this house and would stay again.

Wonderful Stay as usual

We stay at this home every time we come to Orlando it is like home away from home. My family loves the home and all it has to offer. Close to Disney, Universal Studios, and Sea World. Will book again on our next visit.

Perfect vacation home

Everything was great! We stayed for a week, the house is so comfortable. We really enjoyed sitting by the pool in the morning! Our family had such a lovely stay! The home was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable holiday. Extra towels, pool toys, comfy sofas to watch a large selection of films, coffee machine, hairdryers in each bathroom. Children enjoyed the games room with a pool table. The beds were super comfy, and the pool area was absolutely fab, lots of outdoor seating — perfect for relaxing after a busy day at the parks. The location couldn’t have been better either, close to plenty of restaurants, Walmart, and lots of great little gift shops. A truly wonderful place to unwind and feel at home. Communication with Grace and Jerry was easy and friendly throughout the stay.

I am a retired teacher and Jerry is a retired firefighter. We are blessed with wonderful family and friends. Our children and grandchildren are our greatest joys!!! We love to sit out on the lanai and watch them play in the pool.

We love our home because it is airy and comfortable. We are always finding ways to make it even more homey when we are there. It is close to so many great restaurants and so wonderfully close to Disney!!! Close to 3 golf courses, Universal is about 20 minutes away depending on traffic and a new $750 million dollar Jimmy Buffet Margaritaville Resort is just 2 minutes down the road!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Having a park directly behind it with tennis, basketball courts, a play ground and a putting practice area makes our home unique!!! It is a wonderful quiet neighborhood and yet within five minutes you are up on the main road near restaurants, grocery stores and entertainment.
