This lovely sixth floor ocean view condo in Kona Alii has an amazing view of Kailua Bay and is centrally located to all restaurants, cafes and shopping within Kailua Village. It is decorated with Hawaiian Island style. This one bedroom, cute fully furnished condo has a queen bed in the master bedroom, and the living room has a queen sofabed for additional guests. This condo is designed to make it easy to enjoy your vacation. Free local phone calls and complimentary Wi-Fi and parking available.

This unit includes a nice fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, an indoor dining area, as well as dining on the lanai. Beach chairs, umbrella, various beach gear - located in the storage closet. Take advantage and unwind or suntan in the pool after a long day.

The Kailua-Kona Coast has the most colorful and spectacular pink, lavender, and orange sunsets in Hawaii. Maybe you'll be lucky and spot the famous 'Green Flash” at sunset, as the sun dips behind the horizon. You can watch the incredible Kona sunsets right from your lanai, as well as the cruise ships, parasailing, whales and dolphins. The amenities at Kona Alii include a private complex pool and gas BBQ.

The Kailua-Kona Historical Village is steps from the lobby. The Village is very cute and quaint, with lots of charm and good shopping right along the water's edge. Some of the activities you can find in the Village and nearby are: beaches, luau's, farmer's markets, art galleries, jewelry shops, restaurants, boating, snorkeling, scuba diving, surfing, boogie boarding, and deep sea fishing
Just about every water sport you can think of! There are also several great golf courses nearby. There is so much to do to stay active, or you can do nothing and just lounge at the pool. This is a non-smoking, no pets property.

Location, Location, Location

The Kona Ali'i is the best location in Kailu-Kona. It's an easy walk to anywhere the village and the view from this ocean front unit are amazing and always changing.

Amazing vacation

The best vacation we had in 18 years!! The place we stayed was clean and beautiful....the perfect location! This was a trip we planned for our sons birthday and everything was so awesome and amazing....we didn't want to leave. We definitely plan on coming back soon

Excellent location

We enjoyed being able to walk to all the restaurants and shops. Great patio for sitting and watching the dolphin’s, boats, swimmers, paddle boarders and fish jumping. Easy access to the highway to see the rest of the island. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location

Great place. Absolutely perfect location with a wonderful view of the bay. The unit is a little dated and it gets warm during the day without a/c, but it cools down at night with the fans provided and the breeze off the ocean. Would definitely stay here again!

Older unit, but very comfortable. No A/C, but opening the doors for the ocean breeze was perfect. Would absolutely rent again in the future!

Beautiful View - Great Location!

We really enjoyed our stay and loved the view from the lanai - our favorite place! The waves, people watching, shops and restaurants within walking distance made it perfect! Unit was clean, very comfortable and quiet. Had everything we needed and more - nice surprise! Great not to have to eat all meals in a restaurant. Location had easy access to sightseeing and all activities in the area. Our rating for this Unit is 4.8.

Great view! Very relaxing!

Enjoyed our stay! The condo was lovely and had everything we needed to make our meals which we ate on the lanai. The bed was comfortable. We appreciated using the beach chairs and beach towels! We left the lanai slider open and our bedroom window open for a nice island breeze at night! So many things within walking distance but we did rent a car and explored almost the whole island! Hilo is an easy day trip. Highly recommend!

Perfect!!

Unit was just as stated. The view made it totally worth no air conditioning. Hearing the ocean all night was just what we wanted. You can walk everywhere and there is plenty of amazing restaurants near by. If you love to bar hop and spend time with the locals go to Quinn’s! We will be back soon!!

Happy in Hawaii!

My husband & I had a great time in this condo. The kitchen was REALLY well stocked which is always a plus. We loved having 2 bathrooms & a washer/dryer. The view is beautiful & everything is close by plus having a designated parking spot is REALLY important to us. The only drawback is that there is no AC but there are plenty of fans & you have huge windows that open onto the ocean. It’s very nice.

Nice Base for Exploring the Big Island

The unit was very comfortable, and has a wonderful view of the Pacific from its wide 6th floor lanai. The kitchen was well equipped, the parking was convenient, and the center of Kailua-Kona is a short walk away. At one point I couldn't find my keys and the management company provided another right away. My wife wished it was air conditioned, but overall the fans and ocean breezes compensated. I recommend the place as a reasonably priced base for exploring the Island.

Location, location, location!

The view and location simply cannot be beat! I had every meal out on the lanai, watched every sunset, and loved hearing the ocean crash on the rocks. The people-watching was also first rate as it's on the main Village of Kailua drag with lots of restaurants and shops.Having a designated parking space in the parking structure was incredibly helpful. I greatly appreciated the security features in terms of needing a key to even get to the elevator. I felt safe.The only ding I would have would be the fact that it seemed pretty run down and perhaps not the cleanest of places. However, the kitchen appliances were all new, the ceiling fans worked well and were clean, and the living room was also clean and modern. All in all, it was a great vacation location and if I can, I will definitely be returning.

No a/c. Stuffy, hot. Few angry homeless yelling profanity constantly nearby. The washer/dryer were very nice to have. Two dozen roaches exterminated by myself. But, the view was astonishing! We ended up going to a different property. Didnt use the kitchen due to the roaches I found in the drawers. The location was a big plus. We will not return to this property.

Lovely view condo in the middle of Kailua Kona

The view from our lanai was wonderful and the location was great! The condo is quite spacious, with a lovely island decor. There is a nice pool and BBQ area. We were very comfortable here. The condo could use some updates. It had a musty smell when we first arrived and the bedroom curtains and window screen were really dusty and dirty. We used a vacuum to clean them off, opened the bedroom window and lanai door, turned on the fans (which are numerous) and the musty smell eventually went away. All that aside, it was a nice place to stay and we enjoyed our time there!

Lovely view, perfect location

This rental was a true gem. Ocean view was beautiful and evenings on the balcony always had a spectacular sunset. The unit was clean, bedroom was a nice size with comfy bed. The extra beach towels was a nice commodity. As others have stated, there is no AC, but the breeze with the glass doors open and having all fans on was fairly comfortable. Owner was also very friendly, attentive and helpful. One thing that was misleading (but not a problem) is that the condo is NOT the green one in the picture. This is a picture from the balcony. It is a lovely walk to all the restaurants and shops in town, so we did not have to worry about parking.

Breathtaking!

This was the perfect location to serve as a base for our vacation. You would be hard-pressed to find a better view. Conveniently located to amazing restaurants, shopping, beaches, the pier, you name it. The only (minor) drawbacks are no air conditioning and the furnishings are dated. Who cares!? Plenty of fans make the place comfortable, and we were so busy admiring the view and watching the dolphins spin that we couldn't care less about the furnishings. They were very comfortable, and we had everything we needed to cook our own meals if we wanted to, a washer and dryer was super convenient to have, and there were even things for the beach so we didn't have to rent boogie boards, chairs, or towels. If humanly possible, we will return and stay in the exact same condo!

Unbeatable location, great pool, amazing sunsets

I really enjoyed my stay here. Within easy walking distance to most Kona restaurants, nightlife, and the ABC Store for supplies. As mentioned, this unit does not have a/c. Depending on time of year if you are used to a/c that might be an issue for you to think on. The trade winds don't always blow into the unit. I found it to be very quiet at night. Any reviews that mention a lot of street noise I think must have been before 10pm. You're up pretty high and the balcony faces the street, but the bedroom is interior to the complex, so very quiet. I would definitely stay here again. Management was very proactive on checking in and making sure everything was going as expected.

Condo in terrible condition

The condo location was really great, walking distance to restaurants and shops. However the condo is very run down. The couch and chairs were all ripped up and very dirty. The carpet is falling apart and dirty. The kitchen wasn’t cleaned and several of the small appliances don’t work. Luckily I had friends staying in the building and there units were very nice(they paid the same as me). I would not recommend this condo.very disappointed indeed.
