Gorgeous one acre property on St. John's River (180 ft River frontage) with full river access and river views from the house, fully fenced îi yard, private boat house and boat lift and high speed internet. The property has 2 buildings (see pictures description). Main house: 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Second building(cabana) offers a high end cinema with an 85” TV screen, a queen bed, a gym, and a full bathroom. Sleeps 9
Enjoy your vacation strolling through St. Augustine Historic district, live music bars and restaurants, visit the multitude of attractions like St. Augustine Fountain of Youth, Fort Matanzas National Monument, Castillo de San Marcos, St Augustine Lighthouse, Bridge of Lions, The oldest school in the USA, St Augustine Pirate and treasure museum and many other attractions. A walking guide is available in the living room. At the house, you will enjoy the magic sunsets, one of the best fishing spots on St John's River , the fireplace, kayaking, the fire-pit or the oversized barbecue. In the yard you can watch flying squirrels, American eagles(nest documented close by) ,manatees, otters, turtles and many other wildlife.
Bring your boat , the boat house and boat lift can hold a boat up to 21ft.
4 newly furnished bedrooms fit comfortable 9 adults and children and are perfect for medium or large families.
4 flat screens with access to Netflix, YouTube TV, Hulu, Disney + , Amazon, HBO Max and many other apps.
Everything you need as a kitchen appliance is available and new, plenty of coffee , decent brands of paper towels and TP , basic pantry items, a multitude of spices, dish and clothes detergent, toiletries.
Front yard and back yard are spacious enough to play soccer or let the kids and fur babies run around. ( more than one acre property)

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is huge with a comfortable king bed. The cabana was nice. The whole property is just as described, fully stocked with supplies, clean, and very quiet. The property is about 15 miles out of St. Augustine. The closest restaurant we could find was Outback Crab Shack which was good but a little on the expensive side. I did not want to leave that beautiful view!!

We come to saint Augustine often. We think of this old town city as our second home. We usually stay on the matanzas river. So glad we found this place on the saints john’s river. The setting is very beautiful as well as the home. We like to fish and caught a bunch! Our dog appreciated the backyard for some frisbee fun. We took advantage of the outdoor pizza oven as well. I can’t say enough about this home. W enjoyed staying here that we decided to stay an additional night. We will definitely return!. Jerelynn & Rick Frankford

Great place to relax and re-charge!

We had an amazing time at the river house. Enjoyed fishing and watching the beautiful sunsets from the dock. The house was very clean and well stocked. The host Tiana was great and quick to respond. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, great place to relax and re-charge. We definitely recommend this property and look forward to our next stay.

Peace and quiet

Great river home on St. John’s river. Beautiful view, large property with dock. Big yard , all very well kept with beautiful oak trees. House was great, very clean and very well stocked. Only suggestion would be to have more bath towels available. great open area and kitchen. The host Tiana is outstanding! Very accommodating and quick to respond. Highly recommend if your looking for a quick, quiet and peaceful escape

Beautiful house on the river

We came up from Tampa to look at colleges. This house was a beautiful home base for our stay. The river views are incredible and my kids had fun trying to catch fish. CR 13 is a quiet road and I enjoyed my morning run on it. Come here for a quiet retreat, knowing St Augustine is a quick drive away!

Perfection!!

No need to look elsewhere, this place is amazing! This beautiful property is just as described in the listing. Even more beautiful than shown in the pictures! Everything was immaculately clean and the house and property were just what we needed in order to get away and relax. The home is very well stocked and has everything you need. My daughter loved the gym which was an extra bonus! During our time, we were able to fish off the dock, plus build a fire and have s'mores. These moments made our time here extra special! Tiana was a great host and was very responsive with any questions we had! We definitely recommend this property and if we are in the area, hope to stay here again!

Amazing House and Host!!!

Let me start by saying that Tiana was an amazing host, she made sure we have everything and beyond to make sure we had a great trip. The house was better than the pictures do justice, extremely clean and well stocked with everything you would want. The sunsets are beyond amazing and great fishing off the dock. We hope to come back again in the near future!

Father's Day VACA

WOW! IS ALL I CAN SAY! This place was amazing. We went for Father's Day and had the BEST time. Saw all kinds of cool water life(manatee, stingrays, red fish and a GATOR)! Our family will always remember this trip. The host is spot on! I rate this place 10+++++++.

Peaceful 😻

My family and I went away for a quick weekend trip. We live about 3 hours away on the opposite coast. This house did not disappoint. It was everything we needed for a restful birthday weekend. It was a rainy weekend but the house was so cozy and the views were tremendous. House was well stocked. Beds were fairly comfy and the house was very clean. It was nice to have such a clean , peaceful , dog friendly AND kid friendly home!!! Thank you 😊

Highly recommend this place.

It’s beautiful. Very clean & organized. Everything u possibly need is there. 4 days were not enough to really enjoy the place. Our dog enjoyed his freedom as it is fenced in. ( However the sneaky one, did find a place to get out to chase a squirrel or something 😊). The sunsets r simply gorgeous. I liked it because it’s a little distance away from all the hustle & bustle of St. Augustine. Would absolutely love to go back someday soon. Tiana is extremely responsive to queries. Had a great stay.

3rd Annual visit

This was the 3rd time my wife and I have rented this property. It is becoming our favourite weekend of the year, with and without friends. The property is beaufitul as always and the relaxation and peace we find is priceless. Cannot wait to visit again next year.

Christmas 2023

The backyard was beautiful and the sunsets were gorgeous we really enjoyed the firepit and the guys did a little fishing. The open floor plan was perfect for us all to be together play games, cook meals and watch Christmas movies. The only thing negative is the bedding could use an upgrade.
