A walking guide is available in the living room. At the house, you will enjoy the magic sunsets, one of the best fishing spots on St John's River , the fireplace, kayaking, the fire-pit or the oversized barbecue. In the yard you can watch flying squirrels, American eagles(nest documented close by) ,manatees, otters, turtles and many other wildlife.
Bring your boat , the boat house and boat lift can hold a boat up to 21ft.
