It’s tucked back in the secluded Mariner Lakes neighborhood, which is centrally located in the heart of Orange Beach. Dinning, shopping and the beach are all within walking distance. Enjoy our deeded beach access with assigned parking just across the street. Amenities include shared swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts. You are welcome to catch and release fish in the Mariner Lakes ponds! The townhome is 2 bedroom and 2.5 baths that sleeps a total of 6 with a queen pullout couch. The kitchen is updated with crisp white shaker cabinets and beautiful granite counter tops. It's fully equipped to help you prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner for your family and friends. You are provided with WiFi internet access as well as each room is equipped with a smart TV with access to cable TV as well as internet TV. Enjoy spending time on the cozy screened in porch sipping coffee or any beverage of choice while observing the constant incredible wildlife! This townhome is truly a relaxing getaway!

The property has seen better days, as have most rentals of this age, but overall was satisfactory and comfortable. What made our stay above average was the owners bent over backwards to meet our needs and requests, even to the point of replacing an appliance and ceiling fans...5 stars plus! Only 2 minutes to walk to the beach, easy access to the many miles of walking/bicycle paths throughout Gulf State Park, and very close proximity to many restaurants and shops.

1st Beach Vacation!
The location was perfect and we loved the property/quiet gated community. The parking spots across the street from the beach access were very convenient and always had an open spot. We had such a good time we're already planning on coming back!

Nice place but too chilly and rainy in Jan
Property was very nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. I had to buy more hangers as there was very few. Great location. Nice walk to beach and plenty of grocery shopping on way to beach. The 2.5 baths was great to have. I would definately come back, but not in January

Every this was great! The upstairs was a little uncomfortable because it was hot but I put in a request about it and someone came right out and took care of the problem. Which made me very happy ! For the quick response!!! The space was perfect for my family 2 adults and 3 children!!! Everything was close by! I couldn’t be more happy!!! Thank you and we will see you again next time!!!

Everything was good but the ac. Seems the unit never really cooled down and was pretty warm during my stay. The temps outside were pretty high. Unit was clean and had everything we needed.

Lovely place to stay with only two small complaints: 1. We are cyclists and found that we couldn't leave the property unless we were in the car. We couldn't find a way to open the gate to ride from the condo. Maybe there's a way we didn't know about? 2. Every chair needs to have the screws tightened. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would stay again. Thank you!

Dirty dishes
All of the skillets had eggs left in them. They were in the counter. Some of them had grease with meat junk in them. I do have pictures you would ever like to see them and also they left one roll of toilet paper for three bathrooms.

I’m so sorry about the dirty dishes upon your arrival. I really wish you would have brought this to my attention, because I would have addressed it immediately with housekeeping and had it rectified. I will message you directly, but I would definitely like to see the pictures, so that I can still bring it to the attention of my property Manager. Again I apologize, this is certainly not the kind of feedback I want to hear, but it is definitely something of which I need to be aware. Summertime is very busy, but that is no excuse for substandard housekeeping. I really would have liked the opportunity to make it right for you during your stay.

Bamboozled
This property was cute. It Absolutely perfect for a couple on a relaxing getaway or perhaps one individual wanting to fish and possibly relax for a few days. It was memorial day weekend so i assume the guest may have wanted a little extra money. The description read no more than two cars on property, however that wasn't true. We were told that the host keeps their personal car in the garage so it wasn't available, leaving my disabled brother-in-law to have to park across the street and walk after suffering a stroke previously.
Parking was limited across the street we were left with no parking spot on one night. Also the host was a bit rude and didn't want to be bothered, constantly referred me to the rental company for any questions or concerns. Tiny deck wasn't cleaned and the lights that were displayed in the description, didn't work.
Overall i wasnt impressed but very much disappointed.

Thank you for your feedback. It seems you liked the condo but was disappointed in the limited parking you experienced on a holiday weekend. The good news is that all parking at our complex is FREE. Each guest at our property is provided one reserved parking spot in the driveway in front of the garage and is allowed to park an additional car in the guest parking spaces at a first come first serve basis. I understand parking is frustrating when lots are full, but my garage is not available to any renter as we store our personal items in the garage. Nowhere in my listing does it say that the garage is available to renters, so I’m not sure why you felt bamboozled. Your handicapped brother was certainly welcome to park in the one dedicated parking spot only steps from the front door. I apologize if you were offended by me referring you to my Property Management company to help you out with a broken door handle and extra blankets. I pay them to maintain my condo as well as service renters during their stay. They are there to help you 24 hours a day 7 days a week. I live out of state so I depend on them to be there for you.
