This 1250 sq. ft unit has everything in it new, to include flooring, all furniture, patio furniture, TV's, lighting, linens, cabinetry, counter tops, bathrooms, decor, hurricane rated windows, hurricane shutters, everything was replaced. It's a super eye appealing, comfortable, well equipped unit for "snowbird" vacationing. There is table, chairs and lounge on lanai for enjoyable space outside with fantastic views of the beach and out over the Gulf to the horizon. All tile flooring in this unit gives the space a more open and "refreshing" feel. The large wall mounted living room TV is great viewing and swivels so give a good viewing position in any of the open living area spaces. The master bedroom also looks out with sliding doors to the western view. King bed and wall mounted TV help complete the space along with warm and inviting decor. Guest bedroom with twin beds and an easternly view over the island is plush and not lacking in comfortable and furnishings. It has an adjacent full bath with combination tub/shower which also serves as a convenient guest bath. The kitchen is a nice open space with side by side refrigerator, all appliances and plenty of equipment for preparing, cooking, serving and for left overs. Plenty of beach equipment provided, chairs, towels, etc.
South Seas Tower 3 & 4 share a large heated pool between the two buildings at the beachfront. There is plenty of lounge chairs, some tiki hut seating and foot showers when you come off the beach. There are BBQ grills on site by Tower 4 just behind the parking garage table & seating next to the waterway canal. Each floor in South Seas offers a laundry room with two sets of washers and dryers. Each guest is furnished with a laundry card to use the W/D or can download the app. Money can be placed on the card at the automated machine in the lobby by the elevators. South Seas also has a wonderful waterfront walkway by the boat dock for strolling, clay and har tru tennis courts, pickle ball, shuffleboard on site for guests. There is a nominal fee for court use. South Seas is located at the northern end of our 3+1/2 mile crescent shaped beach and is a gated, private community. The beach extends northward beyond the lagoon and natural habitat area the whole way to the mouth of the Marco River. Shelling there is tremendous. Please remember no live shelling. If you're not certain, leave it where you found it. Come and enjoy this condo and all it has to offer for an extended monthly or longer visit. Strictly limited to 4 total occupants at all times.
There is a parking fee paid at check in to South Seas office of $100 per vehicle, one time for the full stay. This also applies to rented golf carts.
