Magnifique condo 1 chambre Marco Island, en Floride, Ă  quelques pas de la belle plage et du JWMarriott Hotel & Spa Resort. Meilleure section de la plage de Marco oĂč vous pouvez faire du parachute ascensionnel, louer des embarcations, regarder les dauphins. Les couchers de soleil sont Ă  couper le souffle !! Cette unitĂ© est situĂ©e au 3e Ă©tage (escaliers et accĂšs par ascenseur) avec buanderie au mĂȘme Ă©tage. Le condo est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ© et se compose d'une chambre avec une nouvelle tĂ©lĂ©vision connectĂ©e de 55 pouces (1 tĂ©lĂ©vision dans la salle familiale et 1 dans la chambre), un nouveau fournisseur de services Wi-Fi, un canapĂ©-lit gigogne, 1 salle de bain complĂšte avec cuisine (les deux mises Ă  jour avec comptoirs en granit), salle Ă  manger et salon. Le rez-de-chaussĂ©e de la copropriĂ©tĂ© comprend un court de tennis, une piscine et un barbecue Ă  gaz pour profiter Ă  votre guise. Condo et terrain sont mĂ©ticuleusement entretenus. Super emplacement, Ă  pied des restaurants, de la plage, des magasins et du petit cinĂ©ma branchĂ©. VOUS NE SEREZ PAS DÉÇU. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour la plage est situĂ© dans le placard (serviettes, chariot de plage, glaciĂšre, parasol, chaises !!). Cette unitĂ© est bien configurĂ©e pour les couples !!! Super endroit pour faire du vĂ©lo, marcher et courir !!!

Perfect Location

This condo is absolutely adorable, clean, well maintained and has a huge balcony, perfect for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or watching an evening Florida summer thunderstorm! The perfect location for a girls' trip and shelling weekend with easy access to the beach and incredibly proactive advice and support from our host! Highly recommend and we'd definitely stay here the next time we're in Marco. Thank you Bill for being so fabulous!

Great condo

My husband and I had a great stay at this condo. It was so clean, comfortable and the perfect location. The access to the beach was great and the balcony was the perfect spot to sit and enjoy a drink. Very peaceful.Communication with the owner (Bill) was fantastic

Marco Island getaway!

Perfect location! Right in the middle of the island so You can access both south and north Marco island. Beach walk over access is right in front of the condo. Absolutely beautiful beaches. Super condo, just the right size for a weekend getaway!

Lovely condo - great location

We very much enjoyed our stay. The furniture was very comfortable. We enjoyed the patio out front. It was great to have a wagon with chairs, umbrella etc for an easy walk to the beach (right across the street). Looking forward to staying again!!

This was the perfect location. Access to the beach was across the street. Loved walking the beach, collecting shells... Our week was filled with great weather, restaurants and activities.

Great place.

Very comfortable and clean. Close to restaurants etc.The listing states ocean and beach views however you do have to walk a few hundred yards to see the beach and ocean. Overall a great place to stay. Would definitely do it again.

Lovely stay

This property is a cute little condo within walking distance from the beach. We got to see dolphins almost every day right in front of the access. Bill was very friendly and accommodating. We loved the location and how quiet the unit was, we will be back.

Great apartment, close to JW marriott for event!

Bill's condo was perfect for my short business trip to Marco island. The event I was attending was at the JW Marriott, easily walkable right across the street. The apartment is clean and spacious with a nice pool and tennis court in the complex as well.

30th Anniversary

Awesome location. Easy walk to the beach and multiple dinners. Everything was clean and worked well. Beach closet fully stocked with wagon, chairs, umbrellas, cooler, beach toys. Would stay here again.

Loved this condo,very clean, quite, location was perfect, walk to beautiful beach. No college spring breakers here. We had a few concerns when we arrived that we reached out to Bill about, he was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Beach lovers dream
