Wonderful vacation

This condo was perfect for our family. Everything that was described was accurate. The location was perfect, facilities wonderful. Loved the storage locker with beach chairs, umbrella and other fun beach toys. Will definitely be back!!!!!!

Great trip to Marco

We stayed 3 weeks in late Jan into Feb of 2025. the condo was as advertised, with great sunset views. the location on the beach was prefect. The condo's kitchen was adequately supplied, the host was always available via text/ e-mail. check out was easy. we loved our stay.

Family beach vacation

Great property and amenities. Beach is clean and nice. Pools are in good condition. Logistics of using the building for a base for a family with young children are great, including everything you need for the beach in a locker. Unit was clean and stocked. Only downsides were 1) tennis nets missing, 2) king mattress in unit is a bit tired. Overall, great value.

Great location and beautiful view!

This place was clean and beautiful for our small family vacation. The breezeway for sandy beach drop off items was a huge plus (unit provide beach chairs, wagon, toys etc). The balcony views were unbeatable morning and night. Unit provided beach towels which was a nice touch as well. Would have loved a pack and play for the baby (for easier travel), but NOT provided. And the shower heads in the master bath could use some love/replacing, but overall a great experience and would definitely stay again!

Average Property

The building and it's amenities are nice. The unit itself had a few problems which we reported early the first week. The owner was very responsive but no one came to repair . The master toilet seat was painted and unsanitary; the toilet itself was very low while the second bath had a replacement higher toilet? There was no stopper in the second bath sink. The wastebasket in the kitchen did not open and close. There were several cockroaches in the kitchen. The showers were very nice.

Enjoyed our Marco Island Stay

We mostly enjoyed our stay in this unit. It was overall clean and had everything you would need for a week stay, including beach towels, toys, etc. Our only complaints were many burnt out lightbulbs in the unit, the master bathroom could use some updating, and the toilet ran constantly and barely flushed in the master, so we had to use the other bathroom (shared with a teenager) until it was fixed 3 days later. Owner was responsive and did offer for us to stay an extra day or two, but we had flights and had to get back to work/school. The front porch when you first walk into the unit is a mess with stacks of beach chairs, toys, boxes of tile, doorknobs, etc. It was an eyesore every time you walked into the unit (there is no picture of this on VRBO and other units use this as a sitting porch). With that said, we did enjoy the location of the unit and our stay on Marco as the beach was beautiful and the location was not as crowded as others.

Great views right on the beach!

I found the property to be as beautiful as posted on Vrbo. The complex is very nice and in a great location to restaurants and stores. Easy beach access. Had some challenges with check in and some other hiccups but I would stay there again. The property manager was readily available when needed.

Breathe Taking

The Somerset condo are beautiful!! Not only the views but the layout. My wife and I had some hard decisions though beach or pool. These are your hardest decisions you have to make . Our condo was beautifully decorated and had all of the amenities you need for a luxurious stay. We liked it so much we will be back next year. See you then God Bless
