Adorable, and recently renovated 1 bed/ 1 bath with new eat-in kitchen, comfortable living room and spacious bedroom. Side yard with picnic table, grill, grass and parking for 2 cars. Close to great seafood restaurants, Old Orchard Beach Pier and Portland. The cottage sits adjacent to the main house (VRBO 1988567) and can be combined for larger families. The combined space totals over 2000 square feet, 6 bedrooms and 3 full baths.

Cute updated clean little cottage. Limited outside area with new lot prep next door but nice grill, picnic table and chairs. Very limited household supplies. No beach chairs or beach towels

This is a cozy and well appointed and affordable rental property within steps the the beautiful Pine Point Beach. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and although very close to the adjacent house, from inside it did not feel close at all. It has everything two people could want! The shower is quite small, but other than that, this place is great! We look forward to being back next summer.

Great location and beach!

Wonderful location to just stay and relax or explore the many nearby attractions. The beach and marshlands are lovely places to walk and enjoy nature. Jason was an attentive and communicative host. Looking forward to returning.

Great Little Property

This is a very comfortable property—a quick walk to the beach, restaurants, and a little market. The kitchen was big enough to make breakfast and boil lobsters. We enjoyed our time here.

We have stayed here multiple times. It's a great little cottage. As others have said ,the bathroom is small but sufficient. The location is perfect, quick walk to the beach and The Bait Shed. Jason is very responsive if anything is needed.

Scarborough Maine beach house

The property is conveniently located to the beach and a number of good restaurants. It was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. I would highly recommend for one or two people.

Love this! Thanks for sharing the feedback. We made many recent upgrades including central heat and a/c and as you said the cottage is a few hundred steps from the beach! Come back and visit us again!

Great location, close to beach and restaurants. Nice air conditioning for a few very hot days. Refrigerator door does not always stay shut and freezer leaked onto food in the fridge. There is no tea kettle and much needed pots and pans - many items are rusted and should be tossed.Most disappointing was learning right before my visit that construction will be happening and the footprint of the development really encroaches on the rental's former yard space and eliminates tandem parking.This was my second year renting here and I am regretfully hesitant to stay in 2027.

What a great cottage! Clean, close to the ocean and quiet. Super charming and everything you need to unwind for a few days. It’s in an quiet area of pine point, and It was ideal for my needs.

Cute cottage in the perfect location

My husband and I stayed for about a week at this property and loved it! It was just enough room for us two, and we loved having the option to cook meals in the kitchen if we didn’t feel like going out. The house is a short walk to a nice quiet beach, and is super close to all of the fun of Old Orchard, Portland, and other nice places to walk around at. I’d say the only knock is that the bathroom is super tiny, and may be hard to navigate if you are a larger/curvier person, but that personally wouldn’t stop us from staying here again.

Tiny bungalow near the beach.

Nice little bungalow. We had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. The shower may be too small for large people. A flexible shower head would help.

Very Nice Stay

We loved staying here. 2 minute walk to closest beach entrance. Maybe 4 minute walk to beach with restrooms, showers and snack bar. No parking worries! Also very short walk to a couple quite good restaurants. This is an excellent location in a lovely, quiet residential neighborhood.As another guest mentioned, the bathroom is quite small. Other than that the cottage was very cute, comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Tiny home!

This space was awesome. Bright, cozy, clean. I love that it was a 6 minute walk to the gulf of Maine, & the area was quiet. Perfect place to just relax & escape for awhile. The bed was a little stiff but overall, this space was exactly what I was looking for.
