Waterfront home with your own Private inground pool. 4 bedroom 2 Bath, Sleeps. 12 in a beautiful tranquil setting. Hang by the Tiki bar, BBQ with family. Bring your own water toys!! Fish & set crab traps or just Sit on the bench on the floating dock and watch the sunset over the lagoon. Large pool and outdoor space. Semi Smart house. Stocked kitchen, linens, towels & some starter toiletries supplied. 8 LBI beach passes included! No parties, must be over 25 to book. No large groups of teens/under rental age. 12 guests maximum or 15 guests total with additional 5th bedroom add on option (contact for pricing). No pet (due to owners fatal allergies)

Excellent stay!

This was one of the best houses I’ve ever rented for vacation. The owner was very helpful and communicated wonderfully. There are nice, spacious bedrooms with plenty of room and overall decent beds. Would definitely recommend renting this house for your next vacation.

Amazing location, house host!

Maria had such great comm skills, sent me her personal cell phone and very responsive! As for the house it was perfect! Tiki bar outside was so cute, the house was clean and spacious. The in ground pool, dock, crab cage, fishing poles, etc...so many things for the kids to stay entertained it was fantastic! I wld recommend this house to anyone that is looking for a week getaway with kids!
Paddle board house has to use!

Beautiful week with family

Amazing house!

The house is exactly as listed! It is in great shape and is very clean! There is so much space indoors and outdoors with an amazing pool and view! There are tons of beach’s and things to do within an hour of the place!

Loved the Family Time

Beds were comfy. Pool was great. Sitting areas were nice to visit. Our contact, Maria, was very helpful. The kitchen was supplied with plenty of utensils and cooking implements.

Disappointing

Pictures look way better than the actual property. Can't turn thermostat down past 70 without calling the host to do it- then must monitor because it is auto set. House gets very hot & takes a long time to cool. Master Bedroom extremely hot due to skylights. Major bee/wasp problem 2 of us were stung. Host sent exterminator quickly which improved the problem but even after that it was still bad. We left 1 night early. Host offered us a discount on our next stay but we will NOT return! Very disappointed. Price point is way too high for what the house is & bee, wasp situation was too bad to enjoy the outside which host did not take seriously enough.

Great stay, highly responsive host

Maria the host was HIGHLY responsive and very accommodating. She got back to us instantly when we had questions. We are normally “hotel”‘people and have never rented a house before. The house was VERY well stocked (you name it, they had it from games to blender to everything in between). It’s a great spot if you are looking to just chill out away from it all. It’s about 30 minutes to most major attractions and boardwalks. The curbside appeal of the house and what you get inside don’t match up. It doesn’t look like much upon arrival but you are pleasantly surprised when you go in. We had kids ages 11 to 15 with us and they enjoyed the pool and nightly excursions.

Beautiful house very spacious and cozy.

Amazing Host and great home

Maria was such an amazing host and her home is beautiful. She always answered my messages within a couple of minutes. My family and I had such a great stay at her house. My girls as well as my wife and I absolutely loved the pool. We had a beautiful view of the canal and the neighborhood is nice and peaceful. All the neighbors were so nice and welcoming that we encountered during our stay. Any request I had, Maria was more then willing to accommodate. The house had plenty of space and was well kept and well stocked with everything you may need. The area is perfect for families and I would highly recommend staying here. Once again, Maria is the absolute best and we really appreciate everything she did and appreciate her allowing us to stay at her awesome home and make amazing memories for our two little girls. Thank you!!

Everything you need for a great stay

Maria was an extremely gracious host and highly responsive to any and all of our questions. As a group of 8 (highly active) renters the house provided everything we could possibly need. The boat dock was easy to navigate and there was ample room on the deck to store our kayaks, bikes, and stand-up paddleboards. The pool provided a nice respite from the heat and the tiki bar was a great place to relax at night. The house was well-kept and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything necessary for our group. Our family had an awesome week at Maria's house. 10/10 recommend!
