January Just Opened 🌴🌞⛳️

We purchased and updated the Gunsight Condo to use as our getaway home. We loved the location to town and walking distance to the Famous Fountain. The porch views look like a picture postcard. We enjoy it in the morning while leisurely drinking our coffee or in the evening hours eating or entertaining friends.
The pool and jacuzzi are steps away from the front door and provide a great ending to an active day... total relaxation!
Fountain Park is walking distance from the condo and provides a beautiful trail and picnic area. Peaks Athletic Club is also walking distance and allows short term passes for use of the facilities.
Great location to the airport, MLB Cactus League Spring Training, Mayo Clinics, Great for Business Travel and the great night life of Scottsdale and surrounding suburbs.
This is our second home and we have furnished it with quality appliances and amenities. It will be used for holidays, get-aways, scheduled doctor visits to Mayo, hub for traveling and entertaining family and friends. We chose this location because we love all that the valley has to offer. It provides us with city living activities, restaurants and shopping opportunities that we don't have living up in the mountains. It's the best of both worlds!

The condo was very comfortable, well appointed, and in a great location. The bed was comfy and as an added bonus there were two full baths. This was perfect for my niece and me travelling together. It was a short walk into town and the fountain. We were so busy exploring that we did not use the pool or hot tub. I would definitely stay here again.

Mountain Biking Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at the Gunsight condo. It was close to the iconic fountain, several restaurants and many wonderful mountain biking trails. The property was perfect for one couple.

Great condo for a getaway!

Was in town for a trail race. The condo had everything we needed and was in close proximity to the race. Good restaurants within walking distance. Check in and out was a breeze. The owners were very responsive when I had questions. Most organized rental I have ever been in with everything labeled and noted with special instructions. Would definitely stay again if we come back back to Arizona!

Home away from home!

Gunsight Condo was even more than we expected! We loved cooking in the kitchen with the convenience of the island. There was plenty of room in the bedroom. Everything was clean and inviting as soon as we walked in the door! Best of all was the beautiful sunrises in the mornings from the patio! Communication with Mary couldn't have been better! We will be back!!

Great location close to downtown, grocery store, McDowell Mountain Regional Park, McDowell Sonoran Preserve, Scottsdale, etc. Fountain Hills seems to be a very safe, secure place. We had no problems parking our second vehicle on the street.

The condo has a beautiful view of the mountains and was very enjoyable. The pool is not heated so a bit cool for our visit but the hot tub was great. Fountain Hills is a beautiful retirement community, very clean and quiet. The night skies are amazing and actually surprised us.The condo is well equipped and the bed was comfortable. We had a couple of cleaning concerns that we addressed and things worked out great. Communication was very good, concise and reliable. Response time was excellent. We would definitely recommend staying with this host.

Another day is paradise

Lovely 5 day stay at this adorable condo in Fountain Hills. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need during your stay. The location was within half a mile from Fountain Park and some great restaurants which we walked to. Jerry and Mary were excellent hosts and provided clear directions on checking in and out and how everything worked so that made it a seamless stay. We highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to book again!

We are both newly retired and decided to move to the Southwest. We love the climate, people and lower taxes here... and were quite amazed at the huge difference than the state of IL. We now have a home in Prescott, VRBO#712575, and Fountain Hills. It provides us with the best of both worlds.

the main reasons that we purchased The Gunsight Condo in Fountain Hills was to have a place with city living vs. country living. We are travelers and wanted to be close to the airport. Most of our doctors are at Mayo Clinic and the convenience of being so close is enormous. We love the shopping and night life in the Scottsdale area too.
We chose this condo for the downtown location, views of mountains and close proximity to pool and parking. It's a gorgeous area and everything we wanted is 20 minutes away!
