Notre condo est une unité lumineuse et aérée au 2e étage avec des plafonds de 20 pieds récemment redécorés et réaménagés. Il est à quelques pas du célèbre parc de fontaine, centre commercial et des restaurants. Le salon dispose d'un 42 'TV écran plat, câble élargi et internet sans fil, tandis que la salle à manger attenante peut accueillir 6. La suite principale dispose d'un lit king size avec grande promenade dans le placard et la salle de bain principale dispose d'un coin lavabo séparé. La chambre d'hôtes dispose d'un lit queen size avec grand placard. La buanderie a une laveuse et sécheuse. Profitez de la terrasse privée avec ensemble de patio, barbecue et des vues de 4 pics gamme de montagne. Notre condo a une piscine chauffée et un bain à remous et dispose également d'un garage 1 voiture! Dans un court trajet en voiture sont Saguaro Lake, McDowell Parc Régional Montagne, entraînement de printemps, les casinos et les nombreux terrains de golf primés. Fountain Hills dispose de nombreux restaurants et des zones commerçantes.

The home was exactly as described in the listing. The check-in process was easy. The home was clean and fresh smelling. Everything that we needed was there, including a coffee maker with filters and even a keurig style, if that's your preference. Having a washer and dryer is nice for a longer stay. The area was quiet and we enjoyed spending time on the balcony reading, doing puzzles, and having coffee. We met some residents at the pool area and all were pleasant. We really appreciated having a garage to keep our car cool. There are a couple grocery stores conveniently located nearby. We walked to Fountain Park and the scenic overlook, the Wednesday Farmer's Market, a Dark Sky event, along with lots of shops and places to eat. The checkout process was clear and simple. We were so happy with our stay and hope to return in the future.

Perfect getaway

Our stay in Fountain Hills was just what we needed and this property helped to make it so. The location allowed us to walk and hike easily each day. The condo was a great retreat that allowed us to relax. I highly recommend staying here!

Retirement Retreat

This property was exactly as described. Rooms were very spacious with comfy furniture. CVS, Walgreens, groceries, and downtown Fountain Hills all within walking distance.

Our 17 day stay

The condo was very clean. The living room was comfortable with very high ceilings and sky lights (which were also in both bathrooms). The TV had great cable. Big balcony. The master bedroom was close to a busier road, but very little traffic at night. Kitchen was average; BBQ on the deck was handy. Great location.

Very nice

The place overall was very good. The chairs at the pool were terrible. You could not even sit on them without falling through them. The garbage disposal was the only drawback, but they fixed it right away. Otherwise everything was pretty good.

Lovely, clean, and comfortable!

Condo was as pictured. It was very clean. Plenty of space to gather in the central living space. Kitchen had all the accoutrements. We never cooked a dinner but we did snacks and breakfast. Had everything we needed. The balcony was lovely to have coffee on each morning. The pool and hottub were fantastic. There were plenty of towels in each bathroom. The place is super convenient to stores. We had a car but did a few walks down to the fountain. The place is very quiet and relaxing. Owners had good information available in condo. We loved it and would stay again.

Walking distance to the heart of Fountain Hills

The accommodations were just what we needed for the two of us and for a brief visit by our son. The patio is comfortable and sheltered for outdoor dining and relaxing. The split master bathroom (one sink outside the shower & toilet area) worked well for getting ready in the morning. We used the full-sized kitchen for breakfast and lunch. The washer and dryer were very handy during our 11 day stay. Most of the neighboring units seemed empty, so we had no trouble finding a parking spot at the base of the stairs leading up to the unit. The location is great. A CVS pharmacy is across the street and a Basha's supermarket is a few blocks away. It's walking distance to Fountain Park. We enjoyed doing a loop that included a walk around the lake and the Fountain Lake Overlook Trail. We found a fun group to play pickleball with 1 mile away at the Fountain Hills High School courts. The owners quickly responded to our requests and refunded our damage deposit promptly. Thank you Janet & Troy! We would stay here again.

Perfect location

This stay was due to me having multiple testing at both Mayo Clinic facilities and this location was a perfect spot to stay with easy access to both locations and although the Phoenix location was about 30 minutes away it was a short ride and direct Hwy was easy to navigate. The condo was quiet, clean and very comfortable. Downtown Fountain Hills was a great place to visit with the park and shops close by. We enjoyed the Arboretum and Canyon Lake very much along with the many trails accessible. Would definitely visit this area again. It’s away from the hustle of Phoenix and a short distance to the many diverse shops and restaurants of Scottsdale. Janet and Troy were very accommodating and easy to communicate with.
