Condo confortable et magnifique prĂšs de la fontaine Ă  Fountain Hills, A

Ce condo est situé sur East Gunsight Drive à Fountain Hills. J'appelle cela une suite d'hÎtel glorifiée avec piscine privée. Parfait pour l'oiseau des neiges ou un couple. Il a une vue magnifique sur les montagnes et aussi lorsque la fontaine se déclenche dans le centre de la ville. De nouveaux tapis, de nouvelles peintures et une atmosphÚre trÚs confortable et contemporaine. Ceci est un trÚs joli condo privé avec un étage, donc il n'y a pas de montée et de descente d'escaliers ou de piétinement au-dessus. Les voisins du magasin suivant ne font pas beaucoup de bruit, le cas échéant, et tout le monde est super sympa.

EntiÚrement meublé. Tout le confort de la maison, y compris une cuisine entiÚrement équipée ainsi qu'une belle sélection de serviettes, oreillers et draps haut de gamme.

Ce condo est parfait pour une escapade hivernale, une retraite d'été ou un voyage d'affaires. Il y a 3 piscines dans ce petit complexe et la piscine la plus proche est à quelques pas. La piscine a des tables et des chaises d'extérieur pour votre usage. Les piscines ne sont pas chauffées.

Idéalement situé à 2 pùtés de maisons de la célÚbre Fountain Plaza. Shopping et restauration à quelques minutes. 2 miles de Desert Canyon Golf Course avec de nombreux autres parcours à proximité. Le Ft. Le casino McDowell et Scottsdale sont à moins de 10 minutes de la gastronomie et des divertissements. Mayo Clinc est également à seulement 10 minutes en voiture. Easy directions, host is very easy to rrach and the apartment is spotless and perfect. Everything we needed and more. Quiet, comfortable and within walking distance of the main part of town.

What a lovely apartment with great upgrades and everything you need to make your stay perfect. Host is quick to respond and really cares about his guests. I highly recommend this choice.

Great Stay!

Good clean room very convenient to shops. Only issue was the mattress and bed frame. M attress felt like it had a dip in the middle and the frame squeaked everytime one changed positions.

Everything we needed and more

We were very impressed with this apartment. It was clean, well maintained and amazingly stocked with everything we could possibly need in the kitchen. The appliances are new and the bed is very comfortable. Everything worked with ease and the host was available if we had any questions. Neighborhood was very quiet and well kept and parking was available both in an off street carport and on the street. We highly recommend this property.

Disappointed in condo

Condo needed major renovation. No toaster, no can opener, not enough silverware for adults, not enough washcloths. Carpeting quite dirty. Glad to have had a washer and dryer in condo, however washer emptied into the shower through an open pipe in wall! The pictures of the condo were vastly misleading.

Nice location but needs TLC

Size of unit was good and nice pool area. Carpets vacuumed but lots of stains. Providing a couple pods of coffee for first morning and more towels would be a nice and inexpensive gesture. Location is the best part of this place. Lovely walk around lake and restaurants nearby.

Simple, Beautiful, Quiet and Cozy

As the title says, this apartment is all that. A few things are a bit outdated but personally, I found this place derives a lot of its charm from that. Everything was clean and professional. The owner's responses were quick, cordial and informative. The kitchen has everything you need to make a meal - whether simple or elaborate. A few staple condiments would have been a nice plus, but certainly the absence of them was not a big deal. I would totally stay there again!

The condo conditions were misrepresented.

The condo was described as new carpeting. The condition of the carpeting in living and bedroom area was filthy with stains. One of the tiles on the kitchen floor was loose and needed to be grouted. This unsettled tile was unsafe and annoying to move around in the kitchen. The living room blinds were difficult to operate. The kitchen was missing a can opener. I talked with Angelo about the can opener and he said he couldn’t be responsible for missing kitchen items. He knew about the tile in kitchen and it would get fixed later. Very disappointed with dealing with him, his place looks better in photos then in person. I was there 9 days and paid a lot of money for an neglected condo. Don’t recommend staying there.

A brief stay while our house was being remodled

It was a very convenient location, both to our home in a nearby community and to restaurants. It was the perfect size for the two of us but would have been a little tight if there had been two more. It was furnished with everything we needed for the length of our stay.

This condo is not in Quail Run as mapped. It is located on the same street. Private and Cozy. Easy access to shopping and the fountain.

Vizio Smart TV recently added as well as upgraded Sleepy Memory Foam Mattress (medium firm).
