Accès facile au premier étage, deux chambres sans marche ni escalier; à quelques pas de la piscine / sauna et de la salle d'entraînement, tous au même endroit. Nouveaux comptoirs en granit (cuisine et salle de bain), nouveaux appareils électroménagers, nouvelle laveuse / sécheuse professionnelle à haute efficacité, nouveaux téléviseurs SMART à écran plat avec NetFlix gratuit (téléviseur à écran plat de 50 pouces dans le salon, écran plat de 32 pouces dans les deux chambres-TOUS LES TÉLÉVISEURS) , stéréo, tous les nouveaux meubles (canapé en cuir, table à manger avec quatre chaises en cuir, tous les nouveaux appareils électriques., comptoir de cuisine en granit avec deux tabourets de bar en cuir réglables. Nouveau lit king dans le maître et nouveau lit queen dans la deuxième chambre qui comprend une nouvelle moquette dans les deux chambres, deux salles de bain complètes avec de nouveaux comptoirs en granit et des lavabos, un salon, une salle à manger, une cuisine complète, un dressing dans le maître et deux placards dans deuxième chambre, pièce séparée pour la buanderie située juste à l'extérieur de la cuisine qui comprend une nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse professionnelle à haute efficacité. Patio de débrayage qui comprend une nouvelle table et des chaises en verre pour quatre avec vue sur le désert (Arroyo) et vue sur les montagnes Redrock et McDowell. Internet haute vitesse sans fil disponible sur demande. Les locataires ont accès à une piscine chauffée partagée (le thermostat de la piscine est réglé à 86 degrés à partir d'octobre et pendant tout l'hiver!), sauna et centre d'entraînement à quelques pas de notre condo; radeaux de piscine sont disponibles en condo. Nouveaux ventilateurs / lumières de plafond en acier inoxydable dans le salon, le patio, la chambre principale et la deuxième chambre. Tous les nouveaux stores et nouvelle peinture partout.
Le condo est équipé de la climatisation centrale et du chauffage.

Entièrement équipé avec tous les besoins de cuisine, de bain, de literie et de serviettes de piscine, prêt pour les besoins de location à temps plein ou à court terme.

Tim was great to work with. The condo is nice and it is handy having the covered parking right outside the door. The heated pool is great and the other residents are very welcoming. This was our second time staying here and we will definitely stay again when we come back to town

Nice location. Condo was clean and had a nice layout. We did block off the corners of the kitchen counter because they're the right height for kids to walk into. Pool and hot tub were both clean and working. There were enough trees by the pool to provide shade somewhere in the water pretty much all the time. Kids enjoyed the pool a lot.

Stayed for 2 weeks in February. Well located-a short drive to the fountain area and to the grocery store. Nice view of Red Mountain from the balcony. Informed the owner about some areas that could have been more thoroughly cleaned and he apologized and said he would alert the cleaning people. Beautiful washer and dryer that were much appreciated. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Visit to our old home town

We are past FH residents who rented this condo for 3 1/2 weeks in Jan/Feb. The condo is very comfortable and well stocked, nice amenities. The location is great, close to everything we needed. Lovely views from the back of the complex - and Red Rock from the unit. Hiking trails in the McDowells are better than ever - new trails, spectacular views and very well marked & maintained. Would love to rent again. Thank you, Tim!

Little Fountain

Tim was great to work with. No dramas with the process and he was very responsive. Condo units in Little Fountain are aged and although our unit had some remodeling further upgrades would improve the experience. The grounds and pool area are very clean. Unfortunately with the cold weather we didn’t use the pool.

Very clean and nice for the money, but ...

Everything was clean and well kept. This is a very convenient location in Fountain Hills. There is only one slight problem; the master bedroom has some sort of electrical transformer or ballast on the outside wall. It produces a constant audible humming sound that prevented my wife and I from being able to sleep in the master on the king bed. Once you hear it, you can't stop noticing it in the otherwise very quiet bedroom. We ended up sleeping on the queen bed in the second bedroom for the week we stayed. Whatever it is that is making this sound should be fixed by the HOA. Hopefully it gets taken care of, as otherwise this is a very nice and quiet condo. The pool was very nice, warm, and clean. A bonus is that it uses salt water instead of chlorine.

Property was wonderful Tim and his morals not so much

Loved the spot Tim seemed nice until he sent an extra 180 dollar bill for cleaning after staying a month. Bedding was stripped, all of the carpets were vacuumed, and all of the laundry was left in a pile by the washer. Tim described it as a filthy dirty mess I would love to see the filthy dirty mess that was left to cost a 180 dollar additional cleaning fee on top of the 135 already paid. Tim also kept the scrubs that were left at the property. We messaged him shortly after we left, but Tim did not respond. Thank you Tim for the kind words you left me please and please send the scrubs as soon as you receive the message that you have ignored for weeks

Just steps from covered parking spot into unit. Convenient location.The unit is old: comforter, pillows, pillow protectors, blankets, towels, pots 'n pans, baking sheet, dishes, throw rugs, and coffee maker were heavily-used, some with stains. Plastic bowls for cereal. Coffee mugs had stains.Not sure the throw rugs have ever been cleaned.Couch and king bed were comfortable. Patio chairs were comfortable and view from patio: the side was lovely but view straight ahead is into another unit's kitchen.Easily hear footsteps upstairs and voices echo outside as we sat on patio. Road noise during daytime significant.The bedroom carpet is not new, in fact, well worn. Vertical blinds in living room and bedroom missing slats. We had to tape slats to eliminate light.Kitchen was well stocked. Showers and bathroom countertop clean. Decorator touches looked nice.Owner requires signature of a legal document stating you are not a squatter which had to be handled via text: it is my understanding that VRBO messaging is the only way we should communicate with owners so as to protect our privacy. I found text messages from owner to be invasive and inappropriate.Fountain Hills is an amazing community with lots to do, which we greatly enjoyed.
