Located within walking distance from the town center and world-famous Fountain Park. The unit is a studio and comes fully furnished with amenities including bedding, towels, dishes, coffee pod machine etc. Cable TV and WiFi included.

A community pool / hot tub is just next to the condo. There is also a shared, coin operated washer/dryer on the property and non-reserved off-street parking.

The apartment was immaculate, tastefully decorated, and perfect for my stay! The host was very responsive and instructions were very clear. The location was also convenient to businesses in Fountain Hills.

Very comfortable studio. I stayed for 6 days and it fitted my needs well. Kitchenette very handy for my breakfasts and a couple of quick evening meals during my stay. Kellie and Angel responded to questions quickly.

Everything was tip-top!!! Truly grateful for the communication, just didn't have WiFi yet and had to call VRBO for that reason. Bummer. That would be why the four star rating on getting into the residence. Kelle (?) was so great regardless. Appreciated the central location and loved how quiet it was. A wonderful place to stay. Thanks again for everything.

I enjoyed the location, very peaceful area. The condo unit itself was a perfect sized studio nicely appointed for the size. Comfortable bed. Unfortunately the unit is surrounded by I think 4 other units and the walls are thin. I was woken up every night sometimes before 3 a.m. by the constant humming of a washing machine on the other side of the wall where bed is. For hours. Daily. There was a noise machine which helped a little. I went out and bought earplugs. Helped more. Bring earplugs it helps.

Very cute and clean studio

Lovely little studio, decorated and equipped with everything! The only issue I had was that I couldn’t get the stovetop to work. That was not a big deal because I wasn’t planning to cook much.

The suite was clean and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had a nice walk-in shower that was well supplied with soap, shampoo, etc. Quality paper products were also supplied. Kitchen amenities were limited with a small bar fridge, a one burner cooktop, and a very nice microwave. The suite wasn’t very soundproof but that wasn’t a serious issue.

I'm originally from a Poynton, a small village in the Northern part of England - very close to the beautiful Peak District.

My passion is travel and I have been fortunate enough to have the opportunity to live and work in a number of countries including Singapore, Japan, India and the US.

Our family are frequent visitors to the beautiful town of Puerto Penasco, Mexico. We have two young children who also share a passion to explore new places!

My husband Angel is a local realtor and speaks Spanish. I studied Japanese for 4 years and speak some Japanese (although I'm pretty rusty nowadays)

Our condo is located around half a mile from Fountain Hills Park and also local grocery stores and shopping. The Mayo Clinic Scottsdale is approximately 7 miles away.

There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance of the condo (please see light ordinance rules below if walking at night)

There are several golf courses in the area of Fountain Hills to include Eagle Mountain, Desert Canyon, FireRock Country Club and Sun Ridge Canyon. WE-KO-PA is just a short 10 minute drive outside of town where you will also find The Fort McDowell Casino.

Please be ready to find the adventure that suits you best, as there are many hiking and biking trails in the McDowell Mountain Park region. Adero Canyon has some perfect trails for the beginner and intrepid hikers.

Fountain Hills has 'light ordinance rules' to reduce 'light pollution' there are very few street lights, so bring reflective gear and take care driving around as people are sometimes hard to spot. Fountain Hills earned a 'dark sky' designation for efforts to curb light pollution - star gazing is a must when visiting !
