This Newly remodeled NON SMOKING upper level luxury Villa is perfect for a peaceful getaway or for anyone looking for a great golf vacation. Conveniently located between Pinehurst and Southern Pines this location offers fine dining, pub fare and breweries within a few miles of the Villa. This two bedroom, two bath villa offers a full kitchen, washer/dryer and deck that overlooks the reservoir park with hiking and biking trails. Clubhouse with pool and a grill for ordering snacks and lunch. The Pavilion on the property has a fireplace, outdoor grills, cornhole and plenty of outdoor seating and dining.

Amazing property. Clean, modern, and great owner. This is one of the best properties at which we have stayed. Beautiful bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms. Hopefully it is available next year during our annual golf trip. You can't go wrong with this listing.

Stayed here for a weekend wedding and was delighted! Very comfortable and spacious. Access to pool and golf was so easy. Could have stayed on the patio with my coffee in hand so easily! A beautiful restful place!

Loved our stay here! The home was comfortable and well-stocked. The neighborhood is lovely and the location is perfect for golfing, shopping, and the Pinehurst Resort Spa is close by too! We enjoyed cooking some of our meals, walking the trail loop, and just relaxing in the evenings. We didn’t get to use the outdoor pavilion, but made note to enjoy it next time! Lisa was so attentive and helpful for our every need. We will be back!

The place was very nice but the host was very unreasonable. I notified the host that my daughter got sick and offered to buy her a new comforter. She then wrote a terrible review and charged me 400. I would not recommend this host unless you are prepared to get a bad review.

Keri, look at my reviews and the reviews of me as a host, we have nothing but great reviews. Your daughter was sick and you did say you would buy me a new comforter but that was not the peoblem. She threw up on the carpet the comforter, the walls, it was all over the trim, under washer and dryer. Also you broke the top rack of our dishwasher. I have a damage fee of $400 through VRBO. Cleaning was $225 and the carpet cleaning was $175 so I have to eat the dishwasher rack. My husband was staying the night and spent 3.5 hours on his knees cleaning up throwup that you neglected to clean up. I dont just charge people $400. I had to submit invoices to VRBO ( in addition to the work my husband cleaned) pictures and the detailed list of what took place and they sided with me. So you saying not to rent from me because I will charge you a fee is ridiculous. We are happy you will never return to our Villa! Lisa & Tonii

Perfect Golf Weekend Getaway!

Townhome was well appointed, updated very tastefully, kitchen was well equipped, beds and furniture very comfortable, very very clean and ideal location to golf and area restaurants. We will definitely return!

It was a wonderful cozy home. It had a well equipped kitchen. It felt like home, with seasonal decorations. I loved the location, especially the walking trail on the lake. Also the great shower in the master bathroom. If you are a golfer, it is the perfect location. Very relaxing after a round of golf. My communication with Lisa (the host) was easy and quick. I would definitely recommend.

Just another silky smooth stay at the Reynolds Villa! Great communication with the host. Clean and nicely appointed condo at Talamore. Easy in, easy out. Nothing but good things to say and a great experience.

relaxed reunion

Excellent condo and immaculately kept. We enjoyed the series of walking/biking trails around the lake. The weather was perfect this October. The access to a food vendor, or access to various restaurants are too numerous to mention. We found ourselves in the town of Southern Pines most often, but Harris Teeter( Kroger) grocery stores were spaced evenly in three directions to prepare a meal. The kitchen is well stocked, and the host was courteous to leave water, eggs and libations. Bring your pillow and enjoy.

As advertised

The property was exactly as advertised, very clean, with several nice amenities that were not promised. I had very little contact with lisa, but that was my choice. She was responsive to every request, but left us alone otherwise as we would like. My only suggestion would be to add a small sitting area downstairs for taking off and putting on our footwear

Great Stay.. Best VRBO to date. Comfortable, clean , super soft towels kitchen has everything you need. Washer / dryer super helpful . Fully stocked with beach towels and extra blankets. Pool is really quiet and well kept along with property . Walking distance to Resorvoir trail for hiking/biking . Golf of course A. Superhost very helpful and takes great pride in properly . Close to shopping, restaurants, Handel's ice cream a must.

Amazed

Booked this last minute while visiting family in the area for Thanksgiving. The pictures do not give this place justice. Amazingly furnished and decorated. Great location at the golf course. Plenty of room for my wife and daughters. Only thing I would suggest is more than 2 pillows for the master king bed. The wife didn't want to share!
