This downtown Southern Pines cottage is just 1 mile from SoPines shops, restaurants, bars & theatre. Relax & unwind in this stylish & cozy 3 bedroom cottage with a King bed in the master bedroom, Queen bed in the 2nd room and 2 twin beds in the 3rd. Each room comes with a 32inch smart TV, bedside lamps, alarm clocks & white noise machine with multiple USB chargers allowing you to get a worry-free, peaceful sleep. Kitchen is well stocked with a full Coffee bar, Washer & Dryer off the kitchen stocked with laundry essentials for your entire. The living room has a Smart TV, cabinet full of games and a peaceful view of the pines in the fully fenced front yard. Relax after a long day on the back deck while playing cornhole, putting games or sitting around the fire pit (firewood supplied) and cooking on the Blackstone grill ( grilling utensils supplied) keep robot & upright vacuum at the home at all times along with cleaning supplies and bathroom necessities for use during your entire stay. This home is perfect for whatever reason brings you to the pines. Whether it's golf, military, family or passing through. We loved this house! Sitting on the back porch in the morning having a cup of coffee was amazing! Loved all the little extras and special touches. The kitchen was beautiful and had everything we needed.

Group of four stayed here for a 3 day golf trip and could not be happier. Place was clean and well updated. Everything worked and the host communicated with us before and during our visit. Highly recommend.

Amazing location 3 minutes away from Mid Pines golf course!

Cute bungalow with 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. It literally has everything you need! There was a great coffee bar and waters in the fridge. The outdoor space is awesome.

Perfect getaway

We had a great stay at Midland Pines Getaway! Cute, cozy, clean, and very well stocked with everything you’ll need in the kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms. Also a lovely fenced backyard with a fire pit and ample supply of wood. Would definitely stay again!

Long Weekend Golf Trip

Myself and 3 friends enjoyed this property for our long weekend golf trip. Super convenient to a lot of the courses (under 10 min) as well as downtown Southern Pines. Lindsey was very responsive and the house was clean and cozy. Would absolutely rent here again if in the area.

Fantastic stay w/ a cottage-like feel!

My husband, 2 dogs, and I were in town, last minute, for a Celebration of Life. This home was perfect for our needs! The front and back yards were fenced in which was fantastic with the dogs! It was small, yet spacious…a cottage-like feel. It is located close by Walmart, many eateries, coffee shops, petco, and So much more! Communication was impeccable and any questions where promptly answered! I will definitely stay here again when I’m the area!

Clean house, nice location, perfect for your furry friends

The host was very accommodating and prompt with her communication with us. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for light cooking. The coffee bar was great as well. Clean house with nice, comfortable beds! Note that the house has only one bathroom, so if you are traveling in a group with more than two people, please keep that fact in mind. Everything was was great!

Charming and well-appointed

Our family of four (two adults, 12 and 14 year-old children) stayed for an extremely pleasant 5 days while visiting family. This property is centrally located in proximity to everything we needed and planned to do, and was comfortable and quiet. We were especially touched by the thoughtfulness of our host, who made sure we had everything we needed or may have forgotten to bring. What a great touch! Will definitely stay here again next time we’re in town.

investigation of the pinehurst/southernpines NC area

cottage was fine. It is comfortable for 2 people. The bathroom is very small and for that reason I think that more than 2 would be a crowd.
