Loft Cottage on Ridge<br>? Short & Extended Stays?

This 1930s cottage is the perfect spot for your stay in downtown Southern Pines. It is located on a quiet street, yet close enough to walk to all the shops/restaurants downtown or the Weymouth Center for the Humanities. This loft unit has a private entrance from the top of the stairs with 1 bedroom (Queen) & 1 bath, a full kitchen, and shared laundry room downstairs in the back of the home. Unit features vintage kitchen! Come stay with us for a short stay or extended stay!
The wi-fi login information will be sent via the Airbnb app and is also posted in the unit.

We do not have cable in the unit. The TV is a smart TV and has access to apps via Wi-Fi such as Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and others.

This loft is amazing! Perfectly located. It was spotless and had everything we needed for a short stay! We enjoyed walking downtown for shopping, drinks and food. Host is easy to communicate with and provided lots of helpful information.

OK... let me just ask, Can I just live here?! This place is just so perfect for one or two people. Location is perfect - walking distance to everything downtown SP. Quiet area, unbelievably clean, decor is just adorable, and laundry available. What more could you ask for? I was SO disappointed when I looked and it was not available for my next trip to SP. Hurry! Go book it NOW!

Great home base

This loft is super cute and perfect for a solo traveller looking for a home base that’s a short drive to everything but feels like part of a real neighborhood (because it is!). Property manager was very responsive and wonderful to work with.

Beautiful and cozy loft!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The place was just as described - cozy, clean, and well-decorated in a fun vintage style. It felt like living in a tree house in the best way! The location is also great - very close to the historic center of Southern Pines. Highly recommend!

Excellent location!

Quick solo trip for a retirement luncheon. Arrived a little later than expected. Due to the great location I was able to find some quick late night food and a wonderful cup of coffee first thing in the morning without hassle. Accommodation were as listed and I loved the decor. I highly recommend this stay. I hope to be a return visitor for a little bit longer next time as this property and Pinhurst are lovely,

Perfect for a quick stay for a couple

Property was as advertised. It was clean and functional. It’s small but unless you need space for something it’s a perfect loft for staying. It’s close to all amenities and dead silent at night.

Very cute cottage near downtown and Weymouth house grounds. Lots of stairs but not hard. Great parking spot. Laundry on site. Host was fabulous. Very responsive. Ceiling slants so beware if you are tall. Loved it.

Property was exactly as listed, which always gets 5 stars from me. Check in was easy and communication quick. Property is walking distance to downtown Southern pines so was very convenient for attending an event in town. Neighborhood safe and property clean along with easy on site parking.
