This 1930s cottage is the perfect spot for your stay in downtown Southern Pines. It is located on a quiet street, yet close enough to walk to all the shops/restaurants downtown or the Weymouth Center for the Humanities. This unit is downstairs with 1 bedroom (Queen) & 1 bath, a full kitchen, a dedicated work space, and shared laundry room in the back of the home. It has a private entrance from the front door. Come stay with us for a short stay or extended stay!

Queen size bed, dedicated work space, fully stocked kitchen.
The wi-fi login information will be sent via the Airbnb app and is also posted in the unit.

We do not have cable in the unit. The unit has a smart TV with access to apps via Wi-Fi such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime.

We had a wonderful stay at Cottage on Ridge in Southern Pines. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. It had a cozy feel while still being spacious enough to relax and truly settle in. Everything was thoughtfully prepared for guests, and the kitchen was well stocked which made it easy to cook breakfast each morning.The location was excellent: quiet and peaceful, yet close to downtown Southern Pines with great restaurants and local shops. It was the perfect balance of convenience and privacy.Communication with the host was easy and responsive, and check-in/check-out was seamless. Parking was safe and secure. Whether you’re staying for a short trip or an extended visit, I would absolutely recommend this cottage. We would happily stay here again!

Cute place and perfect for an overnight stay in the area. The cottage had everything we needed, except for soap in the shower. Would stay there again, if in the area.
