Anna Maria Sunsets - studio

This condo is at the Tortuga Inn which is the perfect beach to bay resort on Florida's unspoiled Anna Maria Island. Plus a private white sand beach just across the street with two heated pools. A private pergola with amazing ocean views and watercraft rentals. Beach chairs are included at no extra charge. Restaurants, cafes, bars, gifts shops, grocery stores, boat/water craft activity rentals and Ice Cream shops are within a short walk. Manatees are known to a habitat the bay are during certain times of year, dolphins and other wildlife are also regular visitors within the bay and ocean. Parking is included at no extra charge. There is a FREE island trolly that can take you around the island and a pick up/drop off location is right in front of the Tortuga Inn.

Within the condo: the studio sleeps 4 comfortable. Queen bed with a pullout couch for additional sleeping. There is a mini fridge, microwave, kuerig, and plenty of closet space. A large bathroom, walk in shower with dual shower heads. Also includes basic cable and FREE wifi.

Although this is a new property with out many reviews I do have two other properties so you can check my history as an owner. The listing ID's on VRBO are; 1626279 and 7850036. This is also good to know if you have a large group and want to book multiple properties to stay close to one another. The properties are all at the Tortuga Inn.

For an additional charge of $40 per day I do have a boat slip. Please enquire if you are looking to rent or bring your own boat or jet skis.

If you are looking for a different size condo, needs multiple condos or this one doesn't have the availability you are looking for you can look at the other condo's I help manage. The VRBO ID's are: 7850036 which is a studio style condo (about the size of a hotel room with a kitchette), 2065681 and 1696979 which are both 1 bedroom, 1 bath, full kitchen condos with views of the ocean and large screened patios, 2240550 which is a 2 bedroom 1 bath, full kitchen and 3952991 which is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, full kitchen and stunning views of the Bay.

Zero beach view from the room. With a substantial walk there seems to be a potential beach view. Lovely place. Ask him if he thought he communicated well enough. The shower is amazing. The ac situation isn’t clear. I own several rentals. I don’t make my renters do chores in the morning. The email checkout time is 11am. The list of chores says 10am. Parking is super easy. There’s plenty. I would definitely stay here again. Not for this price though. Sorry.

Super clean. Photos showed a trundle situation but it’s actually a pull out couch. For some families that’s not a big deal, but some siblings want their own bed space.

Nice little get away spot. Two heated pools right across from the beach and restaurants within walking distance. Room was very clean and the two headed extra large shower was a very nice plus!!! Hope to stay again in the future.

Place was clean. Shower was awesome. Beach is right across the street! Had to move the coffee pot to the bathroom to use it. It’s by the mini fridge but you would have to move the fridge to plug in the coffee pot? Miss match furniture. I’ve stayed in many places for years! When you walk into a condo it should be inviting, and show you care about your guest! Furniture can be painted one color, it doesn’t have to match, just paint it and it will look beautiful! Just a thought:)

No beach view from the room, but quick and easy access to the beach. Clean room and had all of the amenities needed for a few days. Having beach chairs and beach towels was super helpful. Host was helpful and gave check in info in a timely manner, did not have to contact host after check in because things went smoothly. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

It was a very nice place to stay. Very centrally located. Only thing is I didn’t realize it was on the 2nd floor but there was an elevator so it all worked out ok.

Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Location was great. We forgot and did plug the hair dryer into the bedroom and were not able to get the circuit breaker turned back on until morning. So during the night, it was too hot for me to sleep in. But the host responded quickly with any issues.

I appreciated the early check-in due to the weather conditions. However, the room actually sleeps maybe 3 comfortably. We ended up leaving for accommodations that were more suitable for 4 people. Other than that it was great! Close to the beach, and super clean & cute. The bathroom and the mini fridge is kind of an odd setup, but all in all it was nice. Perfect for a quiet couple without children. If thats you, then I think you're going to absolutely love it.

The picture of the room was not what we got. There was clearly a daybed with trundle bed which we even verified via phone prior to arrival and it was not the case when we got there.

Bed sheets where dirty and not actually changed before we got there we pulled covers back and there was dirt and sand all over the bed we weren't allowed to check in till 3pm because they was suppose to be cleaning the room which they did do so we went and got covers to use and was out by 10am the next day will not stay here ever again unfortunately

Our stay was really good. The only complaint would be the scraping sound the bathroom door makes. It's hard to use the restroom at night without waking everyone. Not a complaint, just a note: The photo of the main sleeping area needs to be updated since the furniture is different. Overall really good experience. You can't beat the proximity to the beach!

The pictures look MUCH better than reality. The room js very small. The entry is through a sliding door that is just weird. The room almost gets cool, it has a stand up unit inside the room. No coffee provided. This experience reminds me to not do VRBOs. LOTS of hidden costs. The room "price" does NOT include the "cleaning fee," etc. Oh yea, also, the hole facility is just tired!

We really appreciated the proximity to the beach, an easy walk across the street! Also, the free trolley stop was right at the front of the condos. The amenities in the condo room were lean. Bring your own coffee! But we spent little time there anyway.
