Ce front d'eau, deux chambres en copropriĂ©tĂ© (rez de chaussĂ©e), se trouve Ă  l'extrĂ©mitĂ© de l'avenue des Pins, en face de la plage et a une vue magnifique sur la mer de la baie. Il possĂšde Ă©galement son propre quai de pĂȘche privĂ© et de mouillage!

Nous avons meublée avec goût ce condominium spacieux. Chaque chambre comprend un mobilier de qualité qui donnent l'unité une ßle sentir avec tous les conforts de la maison. Maintenant, avec large bande sans fil gratuit! Nous avons ajouté persiennes à chaque piÚce avec une vue qui se étendent à travers la baie, au-delà de la jetée de la ville.

Promenez-vous sur l'avenue des Pins car il se Ă©tend de la ville Pier sur la baie au restaurant Sandbar qui se trouve sur la rive ouest. Profitez de magnifiques couchers de soleil sur le golfe du Mexique Ă  partir de la plage de sable fin. Siroter un cocktail Ă  votre table de plage avant pour les airs d'un groupe local. La pĂȘche est le sport numĂ©ro un dans ce domaine. Watch 'em bobine dans le grand de la jetĂ©e n Rod Reel situĂ© Ă  quelques minutes Ă  pied avec de superbes vues de Egmont Key.

SituĂ© Ă  l'extrĂ©mitĂ© nord de Anna Maria Island Ă  l'angle de l'avenue des Pins et Bayfront Boulevard. À travers la rue sur Bayfront Blvd. est l'historique Anna Maria City Pier and Restaurant qui remonte Ă  1910, Le Bayfront Plaza, qui abrite Ice Cream Shoppe, Coffee House et Cafe 'deux pelletĂ©es »est situĂ© directement en face de l'avenue des Pins. Également situĂ©s au Bayfront Plaza est le Bureau Maria et des commerces pour l'habillement unique, d'antiquitĂ©s, art, cadeaux et articles spĂ©cialisĂ©s Poster Anna.

Prendre le tram gratuit qui court le long de l'Ăźle Ă  Bradenton Beach, en passant par Holmes Beach qui se trouve dans le centre de cette Ăźle paisible. La partie continentale peut ĂȘtre atteint par deux ponts qui se Ă©tendent de la rive orientale vers Bradenton. La pointe sud atteint Ă  travers le intra-cĂŽtiĂšre en direction de Longboat Key, Sarasota. Visitez St Armands Circle pour le meilleur boutiques de crĂ©ateurs sur la cĂŽte Ouest ou de la tĂȘte de Walt Disney World et les autres attractions d'Orlando qui sont Ă  seulement deux heures.

Supplies like toilet paper, paper towels , etc were limited. We were not told that the pier was unusable and that was one of the reasons we chose your place. It was not very clean esp by the front and back doors.The Roku was hard to work. Instructions confusing.It was not worth the money!

Wonderful Location, Less Wonderful Housekeeping

Disclaimer: This is the second year in a row I've stayed at this flat, and because it's just me and I need few in-house vacation amenities, I'll likely be a repeat customer because I know what to expect. In 2024, I arrived at my check-in time only to find housekeeping still cleaning up, so I had to entertain myself for two more hours until they were done. This year, I gave myself ample time to arrive and planned to get on the island around 6 p.m. (check-in time is 3 p.m.). When I arrived close to 6, it appeared housekeeping hadn't come at all — there were towels by the washer and dryer waiting to be laundered; the beds had not been stripped or replaced with clean linens; the bathroom had hair and an un-flushed toilet; there were muddy footprints in the entryway; the kitchen sink bore signs of frequent use. I struggled to get in contact with the property manager to report this issue, as though I could "check in" in terms of bringing my stuff inside, I couldn't unpack or settle in, and at first I wasn't sure if I was even going to be able to sleep there the first night. Thankfully, after a couple of hours, the property owner reached out and was able to get in touch with housekeeping to come by at 9 p.m. (six hours after check-in time, three hours after I was on the island). I gave them a couple hours to clean without me hovering, and when I got back around 11, the dryer was still going but everything was spic-and-span. This soured my first day of my reservation.

We had a wonderful repeat stay at this unit! The post-hurricane updates and redos look amazing! The unit is very clean, and the location is fantastic. You can easily walk to the bay-side beach or the gulf-side beach. My family also walked to Two Scoops for ice cream every night! Host is great to work with, and you will not regret booking this unit.

We had a great stay in this condo. The location was just perfect. The beds were comfy and the condo was very clean and stocked with everything we needed for the week. We loved fishing off of our own dock in the back. We will definately be back to this gem!

Still our favorite place to stay!

This is our 3rd stay at Mr. Knowles condo, and we hope there will be more. There was a little miscommunication with the facility cleaning, but it all got straightened out to our satisfaction, and we had a wonderful week! This condo is located directly across from the bay and down the street from the gulf. There are places to shop and eat, within walking distance, all around. The location is quiet, and it’s a beautiful place to catch the sunrise.

Perfect Getway!

Our first time on AMI didn’t disappoint. The location of this property is in the north end, which is less busy compared to the Bradenton area. Short walk to the beach. Trolly stop right by the Pier. Nice quiet area with everything you need.

Wonderful Vacation

We arrived to find a darling two bedroom condo , just freshly painted and beautiful furniture The host was so accommodating with questions we had, and the location of this condo is literally the best in the island, you are close to beaches, coffee, restaurants, and shopping. Yet it is so quiet! We enjoyed seeing the dolphins from the pier

Great location. But my husband has a broken heel and I picked the location for him to fish on the pier. The property description and photos made me think the unit was right on the canal rather than sit back. It was a big issue, but it would have been better for him. Had we been right on the canal.

Great location!

This was the perfect size and had just what our family of 4 needed to stay comfortably. Chris responded promptly to all messages, and the location is awesome. Our sons enjoyed fishing right out the back door off the boat slip, and our family took several walks right across the street to Two Scoops, the best ice cream spot in town. Our only complaint would be that the bathroom door (sliding door) was off the track and very aggravating to open and close. Chris did say he would try to get it fixed as soon as possible, and we didn’t push to have it fixed while we were there. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would return again!

This unit is not as nicely equipped or furnished as some others on the complex. Bare minimum kitchen accessories, virtually no beach accessories. Comms with the property manager were timely. Wed likely not rent this one again

Best Location on The Island

After multiple trips to AMI, this was the first time we stayed on the North end of the island. This location is by far our favorite. What a great week! It’s a 2 minute walk to the Anna Maria Island City Pier and the warm Bay waters. We saw a school of stingrays in the bay and listened to live music on the pier every day. Bean Point is a 10 minute walk for the most beautiful sunsets. You have the option of riding the FREE Trolley to Manatee Beach, Holmes Beach and Coquina Beach as well as multiple shops and eateries along the way. The trolley even stops at Publix! The condo was perfectly and thoroughly equipped. The management company (Chris) is very responsive and helpful. We strongly recommend enjoying your stay at this location. We will be visiting again soon

AMI 2024

We enjoyed the island and the accommodations. The condo was clean and well appointed with almost everything you need — there was one exception, not enough washcloths. It was close to most everything on the north end especially the city pier, which we enjoyed its sites and sounds most every evening. I wish the beaches on the north end were a little easier to access. If you don’t mind walking or biking not a big deal, but parking is challenging. If a person has limitations this is not the best situation. A little planning and a very early start may overcome this, but who wants to do that! But I digress. This is suppose to be a condo review. Definitely a nice place

A month on the island

We love AMI â€ïžđŸŒŽ the people vibe the location water activities and entertainment !!!! This February 2024 was cooler than we expected but lots of sunshine. Our stay on the island was from feb1-feb28 love the convenience to lots of the places we like restaurants coffee shops bakeries dress stores home decor etc quiet safe and peaceful. B&j Bogese

Beautiful rental!

This rental is beautiful. From the cozy condo to the gorgeous view from the back patio, I enjoyed every bit of it. The condo was clean and stocked with anything and everything needed to enjoy your stay. The furniture was clean and comfortable. It was nice to have an assigned parking spot to assure front row parking. This condo is close to restaurants, shopping, and especially the water. I will definitely be back!
