One Bedroom and one bath condo only one block from beautiful Gulf beach. Full kitchen, dining area and screened lanai overlooking the pool. Small condo complex with outdoor grill. Walking distance to wonderful restaurants, pubs and FREE trolley. Just leave your car in the enclosed parking. Pullout queen sofa sleeps additional two adults.

The location was fabulous. It was close to restaurants and trolley stops. Also, the condo was a short walk to the beach. Our host Peggy was great to deal with and answered any and all questions promptly. The condo itself is decorated nicely and was well equipped with everything we needed to start our stay off immediately.

A great local stay!

The owner was amazing with communication and accommodating an early check in for our early flight! The perfect location for walking to the beach, bars, and restaurants! A small, slightly dated space but perfect for our trip since we were hardly in the room!

Charming Weekend Getaway

Perfect location for an extended weekend trip for two. The beach, restaurants, shops and trolley stops were just a short walk away. The unit was well-equipped and had everything we needed. The pool area was surprisingly quiet and a great place to relax and cool off after a day at the beach.Besides some rather noisy neighbors below us, this place was just what we needed to escape reality for a few days!

One block from the beachPerfection

We learned that there was no hot water after we checked in. Peggy was amazing and called a repairman and had them there that day! He worked until midnight and replaced the entire unit.Even with this little hiccup, our stay was wonderful. Being close to the beach and having a pool made it a perfect vacation!

Very cute. Nice size. Close to everything! Loved my time there. Would go back. Can't control other guests who are loud but the place is very nice and has lots of amenities. Highly recommend.

Great Spot!

Great location! The pool makes it even better. Always good communication with host. Great for work trips and wanting something different than the same old hotels.

Great location

The Condo is near beach, restaurants & shops! Which is so nice! However, the lanai was very dirty. Lots of grass pieces stuck in the screens— the floor, windows & Furniture were very dirty. We tried to use the vacuum but it didn’t work. The garbage disposal did not work the entire time. Peggy, the owner, was very nice & communicated well but it seems she is unaware of these concerns

Todo muy limpio..muy lindo..estå muy bueno el apartamento en todos los sentidos solo encontré que no estå lo suficientemente frío..y cuando llegas después de estar en la playa o en la piscina ..necesitas estar en un lugar frío..solo eso pero todo muy bien!

This was our second stay at the property

The property was very nice. We had an issue in the beginning when someone was parked in our parking spot. Peggy took care of that right away for us, and things were good the rest of the week I bought a anchor for the umbrella which we used on the beach and I wanted to donate that to the property so the next person will have it to use.

Great location to beach and bars/restaurants

All good. Saw some reviews about rusty chairs on patio and no sheets supplies. Patio furniture was good, looked new. Plenty of sheets and supplies.. Everything is walking distance. lots of cart shuttles and trolley if needed. Keep in kind, Condo has 3 flights of stairs, no elevator. So we got our exercise.

This accommodation is nice. The unit is part of a small complex. Even though located one block off the main Gulf Drive, it was very quiet. It had everything you should need. We didn't cook so I can't comment about the cooking equipment. The laundry was great to have. There are some things that need attention: burnt out bulbs, watered down hand soap, and a screen door where the screen is pushed out. My only wish is that it would have been on a lower floor. Since there is no elevator, my 70 husband, who has bad knees, really struggled going up that second set of stairs to what I call the third floor.

Older place but great location and had everything needed. It is on second floor so there are stairs.Nice pool but only a few lounge chairs. Love that it has a covered parking spot underneath!! Can walk to all the shops and beach. Good communication w property.

Great location - subpar unit

Location is excellent-2 min walk to bridge st and the beach. Pool is well kept and clean with plenty of seating. Quiet and safe feeling complex. Unfortunately the unit itself was disappointing and extremely outdated in many ways. The listing said beach towels were provided - they were missing. Beach chairs that were present were so rusty they didn’t open. When I contacted the owner about these issues her reply was I should go to Publix and buy new ones as previous guests must have stolen hers and left rusty chairs in their place. She never addressed the missing towels. Poor communication and customer service. Also the towels and sheets that were present looked to be 20+ years old. The bed was made with only a sheet- no blankets, comforter or quilt. The “face towels” provided in the bathroom were actually kitchen dish towels. MANY scuffs, dings, peeling paint areas- bathroom door was peeling from the bottom up. The popcorn paint on the ceiling had areas where there has obviously been water damage that they tried to repair. There were also many pieces of dust an inch long hanging from the ceiling- I had to dust the bedroom ceiling so I could sleep without them waving in the breeze. The lights in the laundry room didn’t work- half of kitchen lights didn’t either. AC kept the place nice and cool but it is loud!! I will say I did not mention any of these subsequent issues to the owner after her less than helpful reply to me regarding the beach chairs/towels.

Location Location Location

Perfect location for a beach vacation, close proximity to trolly and beach. However there are definite improvements that could be done to the property, bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed. No extras, only one roll of toilet paper. Found dirty sheet on fold out couch bed. the location outweighs the negatives.
