Located on the lovely Blanco River, this spectacular two-story riverfront house is just one mile from Old Glory Ranch and three miles from downtown Wimberley! This home offers enough space for up to eight guests, making it the perfect setting for family gatherings or large groups of friends. There is even a connected garage apartment that comes with its own bathroom and kitchenette. Catch up with friends and family in the expansive living area. Just off the great room is the fully-equipped kitchen which provides plenty of space, gadgets, and stainless steel appliances for the family chef to get creative in. You'll love serving your guests slushy cocktails over the handsome dining table or out on the screened-in patio while the kids romp around the yard with the family dog.

Walk down to Blanco River to spend the afternoon tubing, or hang out in the living room to enjoy a DVD movie marathon with lots of buttered popcorn. Soak your worries away in the property's private hot tub then spread some blankets across the yard to enjoy an evening of stargazing while savoring glasses of delicious local wine and good company. With so much to enjoy, you and your guests are going to simply love your stay in this impressive and luxurious home!

Only one hour from Austin, Wimberley is home to towering cypress trees, spring wildflowers, and all kinds of artsy, outdoorsy, adventurous people. Stop into Wimberley Valley Winery for some delicious wine pairings and tastings then head back to visit Ino'z Brew & Chew for a delicious bite to eat. The Corral Theatre is an open-air movie theatre, where you can 'see the stars under the stars.' Jacob's Well, a phenomenal and popular swimming hole fed by The Trinity Aquifer 120 feet below, is only seven miles north.

Drought conditions will affect the water levels for this property so please know that the pictures in the listing may not reflect the true level of water during your stay. We are not able to give refunds or cancellations due to low water levels.
Please make sure that the hot tub is covered when not in use. It is serviced Friday mornings.
The fireplace is not available for guest use.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.




Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
