Notre 'Home Away from Home' (301Gaviota) est situé dans la phase 1 parfaitement situé à côté de l'hôtel, toutes les commodités (bar, restaurants, spa, bar 'Swim Up', serviettes de piscine, service en chambre et concierge, etc., etc.) sont situé dans la phase 1.
301 Gaviota surplombant la piscine principale et vue imprenable sur la plage au-delà. Ce complexe de style hacienda incroyablement beau combine un décor intérieur saisissant, une architecture magnifique et un cadre à couper le souffle surplombant la mer de Cortez.
Détendez-vous dans l'intérieur décoré avec goût, accentué par un sol en marbre, des comptoirs en granit, des œuvres d'art traditionnelles et une palette de couleurs apaisante. Le chef de votre groupe appréciera la cuisine bien équipée en acier inoxydable. Parfaite pour se divertir, la villa offre une salle à manger intérieure pour 6 personnes et un espace de vie spacieux qui s'ouvre sur cet extérieur accueillant. Prenez une boisson fraîche et sortez dans le patio, idéal pour vous détendre avec des amis et profiter du bruit des vagues. Dans la station, vous trouverez également la piscine principale à débordement, avec un bar swim-up. Faites une courte promenade (300 pieds) jusqu'à la plage ou profitez simplement du soleil sur l'une des chaises longues.
Le soir, détendez-vous dans le jacuzzi en admirant les étoiles scintillantes. L'élégance et la sophistication détendue vous accueilleront dès que vous entrerez dans notre cadre de vacances privé.

This is a delightful place to vacation…the views are amazing, and the condo is well stocked and maintained. The couple who joined us also enjoyed their first time in Cabo. We loved our first time, and we would love to come back sometime in the future. Hosts were communicative and friendly.

The condo was great. It's a very pleasant place to stay and has most everything you need right on site, restuarants and pool as well as the beach just steps away. We got groceries and we had everything we needed to cook in-house. The beds as well as all other furniture was comfortable, it is everything you could want and it's very well decorated. I also appreciated that the community is gated.

Excellent vacation spot!

What a wonderful space. We found it to be the most well-equipped place we’ve ever stayed, the hosts were friendly and communicative and the location couldn’t have been better. We saw more whales while drinking coffee on the balcony than we did on a whale watching trip! Would definitely recommend and hope to stay here again.

Family trip with college age kids

We had high expectations based on all of the five star reviews we read when booking and we were not disappointed! Fiona and Dave were great to work with, their property was comfortable and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, and the Zoetry resort suited us perfectly with attentive service and a relaxed atmosphere. We loved it!

The Perfect Place

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beachfront villa and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, it felt like the perfect home base for our time in San José del Cabo.The view alone is worth the trip. The balcony looks straight out over the ocean, and we were lucky enough to watch whales breaching from our seats more than once. It also overlooks the main pool with the swim-up bar, which was great for seeing how busy things were before heading down. Some days it was lively and fun, and other times we enjoyed the quiet from above with a drink in hand.The beach is stunning-wide, clean, and beautifully maintained. You can swim there, though as with much of Cabo there are no lifeguards, so it’s best to be mindful of the conditions. We loved walking along the shore and spending time just soaking in the scenery.The resort restaurants were very good, and what really stood out was the service. Even though we were staying in a condo rather than the hotel, everyone treated us with the same warmth and attentiveness as hotel guests. It made everything feel easy and welcoming.The location is also ideal. We took easy trips to Todos Santos and downtown San José del Cabo, both of which were highlights, and the condo made a perfect, relaxing place to come back to after exploring.The villa itself is beautifully appointed and very comfortable. Quick trip

We did a quick trip and loved this condo! Perfect location between SJD and Cabo. Swimmable beach close by and gorgeous condo w/amazing view of ocean. Owners are wonderful & condo has everything you need and is a very large space and beautifully decorated. Patio is amazing for view during morning coffee and evenings. Will come again!

Amazing!

Our time at Casa Del Mar in this condo was AMAZING. SUCH a beautiful, cozy and welcoming for a family of five. It was spotless, beautifully decorated and made us feel right at home in Cabo. It had everything you could ever want. Would definitely come back here to stay. It was so nice to come back to this little home away from home after a long day of sightseeing or hanging by the pool.

Great for a Stay on the Beach

Casa del Mar is a gorgeous resort, and this condo might be one of the nicest in the whole complex. I rented for a wedding so I had the chance to see a few other condos and none had better furnishings and finishes. 301 Gaviota is also in the perfect location within the resort. You basically can not get closer to the pools and the restaurant in the hotel. Highly recommended!

Fantastic condo & location perfect vacation!

Fiona is wonderful to share their amazing condo with us again & great to communicate w/. It’s such a perfect spot and the bed is so comfortable! The kitchen has anything you might need to cook ( like no other rental we’ve experienced). The Casa Del Mar property is the same as when we visited 15 years ago, perfect! We enjoyed the Saltwater restaurant for a couple dinners, and Sr. Pez food trucks towards Dreams is the best Fish/sushi & drinks! (Closed Monday’s) We ate there 3x! Don’t miss the skilled massages at the tent by Sr. Pez & horseback riding with Javier or Benjamin.Can't wait to rebook!

Beautiful & Relaxing

We loved everything about Fiona's condo. The pictures were accurate. The location was just above the pool with amazing views of the beach & ocean. Our highlights were 1) whale watching with morning coffee on the balcony, 2) a quiet, peaceful pool area with great service and no loud music or nonsense. The condo itself was clean, modern and well-stocked. It really felt like home. I would stay here again and highly recommend to friends.

Beautiful & Relaxing Setting

This property is everything it promises to be! The view of the ocean from the balcony where we spotted whales most mornings was one of the highlights of our trip. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked. We appreciated the landscaping and the beautiful flowers and care given to the grounds. Fiona was responsive and helpful to our questions during the pre-planning. The location of the property between Cabo San Juan and San Jose was convenient for us to enjoy both towns.

Exceeds Expectations

It's difficult to find anything to add to prior stellar reviews for this property beyond further validating what has been said. Fiona & Dave are wonderful hosts, their condo is lovely, and its location could not be more "prime". Almost perfectly centered between San Jose and Cabo, on a gorgeous strip of coastline nearly devoid of beach-goers, we could not have asked for a better place to vacation and relax for two weeks. We hope to return again some day!

Amazing quiet condo.

We booked Gaviota 301 for our family spring break. We are a family of 5 with 2 adults and 3 kids 18, 16, and 13. The condo was perfect four our family. It is decorated perfectly and the kitchen is well equipped. Parking was easy just to the side of the condo. And the balcony view and furniture were amazing for morning coffee and evening glass of wine. The resort is very quiet and the pools, beach and grounds were perfect. We scheduled several day activities and enjoyed the pool for the other days. Beds were comfortable and linens were high end. We really loved our stay!

Fiona was a fantastic host and very quick to respond to our many questions leading up to the trip, and during our stay. The interior of the unit is very well decorated, comfortable and new. None of it was the typical cheap beat up rental furniture, rather it's cozy and tasteful like you would have in your own home. All the beds were as specified and very comfortable. Plus the kitchen was very well stocked and included everything you need to cook at home (which was great for us since we have 2 young kids). The Zoetry property was amazing as well. The pools we're great to relax and play, staff was very accommodating and professional, and immediate proximity to walk on the beach. Perfect family vacation setting where you have the comforts of home and also the resort vibe if you're seeking that. We will definitely be coming back!

My husband Dave and I (Fiona) live in Calabasas in the greater Los Angeles area. We have three grown kids, Frank, Jack and Grace. As they grew up, they spread their wings. One lives in Indiana with his wife and baby, one in LA and one in Chicago. Cabo is our happy place where we all love to come together. We have owned Gaviota since 2015. We took it back to its shell & remodeled it over the next 5 months. We're here at least once a month enjoying the relaxed lifestyle and fun community. We just love it, and if you can find a gap in the calendar when we're not there, you are more than welcome to share in the experience. :-)

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION.
When we decided to buy in Casa Del Mar, we looked at many condos. Each had their own charm. It quickly became apparent that we needed a wish list.
* Unobstructed Oceanview, * Overlooking the pool and Beach, * Adjacent to the hotel,
* Afternoon sun, * Sunset & Night lights, * Upper level,
Gaviota was the first place we fell in love with and it ticked all the boxes.
The view was incredible and the 3rd floor location gave us the privacy we desired. We overlook the pool, the beach and the gorgeous night lights. The Condo needed a lot of TLC so we took it down to its bare bones and spent 5 months renovating it. Summer of 2024, we upgraded the kitchen counter, added a larger kitchen window and painted throughout. It was important to keep the hacienda feel of our surroundings and make it feel like home, so we focused on comfort and adding all the things we would find in our own home, in this home too.

Our Homeowners Assoc recently added 2 pickleball courts along side our Tennis Court, so don't forget to pack your paddles and balls, and come and enjoy. If you don't have your own paddles, there are loaners at the court.
