Summary:

This beautiful oceanfront corner three-bedroom Condo has stunning coastal views from the terrace for miles down the Sea of Cortez. This condo has amazing sunrises and is located just steps to the best surf beach in all of Los Cabos. We recommend that you stay 7-10 nights to truly unwind, relax and make it the perfect getaway for just you or for the entire family.

Onece you get to Soleado take the elevator to the 2nd floor, exit the elevator to your left.



Other Things to Note:

You will be in a private resort community with amenities including an infinity-edge pool, Jacuzzi, restaurant, and poolside bar surrounded by other guests and owners, so it won’t have the hotel vibe. The beach club is set up with private cabanas for you to easily request a massage directly on the sand and you will have access to rent stand-up paddleboards, kayaks, and surfboards to catch waves. This condo has internet, TVs in all rooms, an upgraded kitchen island area for entertaining, washer and dryer, filtered drinking water, walking distance to several restaurants, a short drive to shopping and grocery store, and a 15-minute drive to the airport. The community has private 24-hour security and there is a garage-covered parking space in case you rent a car. You will also have full concierge services once you book your stay with us including maid service, pre-grocery stocking, in-house private chef and spa services, car rental, prearranged transportation to and from the airport, car rental, and more.

The condo was excellent! Helpful airport transportation, and stopped for groceries; clean facility; umbrella, four chairs, and snorkel available; good kitchen equipment; balcony with beautiful ocean view; poolside bar; good surfing, and private long beach for walks; staff Alonso provided prompt help; 15 minute drive from San Jose and a few good restaurants nearby; recommend hot tub temp increase from 98 to 103

Very clean. Nicely maintained. Nice pool and beach. Cleaning every other day appreciated. A few restaurants within walking range and San Jose Del Cabo a short uber ride. Alonso was very helpful with activities and some dinner reservations.

Lovely condo that lives up to the beautiful pictures. Gorgeous ocean view, beautiful infinity pool, quiet. Beach bar Zippers just a short walk down the beach has really great food and drinks and a friendly staff. Concierge Alonso was AMAZING checking in regularly and arranging special transportation from the airport and to Flora Farms. The traffic in San Jose can be crazy and the highway is under construction and currently a dirt road in places but that didn’t detract from our stay. Ubers are plentiful and prompt. San Jose is a delight with truly outstanding restaurants. Soleado was a great resting place in between activities.

Amazing condo and location

Great stay at this three bedroom condo. Right in the beach. The building and property are also gorgeous. The unit was very well appointed and the balcony overlooks the water. Really wonderful stay. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Soleado was so wonderful we are already planning our next visit! Everything about this location was on point. The view, poolside restaurant, watching whales from the pool, sunrises from the beach beds...just everything! Housekeeping was a nice touch but every other day felt a bit too frequent for us.We had no problem connecting with concierge when we needed something and the one issue we had was dealt with very promptly. All staff we interacted with were very friendly.We used Uber instead of renting a car and it was so convenient. Concierge arranged a shuttle to/from the airport and accomodated a grocery store shop on the way.I was worried about noise (we don't drink) but everyone respected the 10pm quiet time. The deck doors are remarkable at damping down sound from the pool area.Even though there are signs stating "no reserving" deck chairs or beach beds there isn't anyone monitoring that and sometimes it was hard to find an open deck chair even though few people were in the pool. Beach chairs and umbrellas in the bedroom closet which was a nice surprise! You can set up your own space and come and go to the pool. The ocean is pretty rough and we did have a scare with the current so definitely be mindful of going in and keep kiddos close! Thank-you Miguel for sharing your beautiful space with us

Fantastic condo on the beach

This is really an exceptional property: centrally located, tasteful decor, well equipped, high ceilings, beautiful pool, and located right on the sandy beach. Loved the sunrise views. Property Manager was very responsive, and housekeeping every other day was an unexpected bonus. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Best Vacation

This condo was the best of the best! The rooms were so great and comfortable. The view is absolutely amazing and so are the beach and pool. Great location to downtown and grocery store. Only issues were that the guest toilet didn’t work and the doors didn’t seem to close completely shut anywhere which wasn’t a big deal.

Perfect Cabo Holiday Home

A group of 84 people came to San Jose del Cabo for our daughter's wedding. Four of us stayed in this beautiful condo while most others stayed in hotels. We were the envy of the group. We had a fantastic view, seperate rooms and bathrooms, a well set up kitchen, parking, a usable beach and NO surprise fees. It was also nice to be out of the chaos of the hotel district while close enough to walk to a nice restaurant or order delivery from the cabana. Grocery stores and the town square were a quick car ride or inexpensive Uber trip away. Our host was quick to respond and very accommodating. We can't recommend this place more highly. My only suggestion is to bring binoculars, the whales came by but were far enough out we could only see them spouting!

Girls trip for 50th birthday.

Miguel was very responsive and that was great because we did have a few issues...no running water one day for about an hour, water leaking in the master bathroom, not enough towels but overall the condo was awesome. It could use a few more amenities but maybe we are just spoiled because we are used to staying in full service resorts. Would definitely stay there again with a large group.
