The apartment was lovely, great location with everything you need close by. Restaurants in all directions, and not far from great shopping. Be prepared to walk some stairs, the apartment is on the fourth floor.

Incredible location and landlord

Place was perfect for a paris trip. Close to everything you need. Good walking distance from all the sites (if you want to get ur steps in) or a quick subway ride. Lively neighbourhood. Claude (the landlord) was very nice and gave us great recommendations for things to do and restaurants. Most importantly, the place was clean and tidy.

Perfect location. Very helpful and friendly hosts. Safe but in the middle of everything. Clean. Comfortable. Had everything we needed. The 4 flights up isn't a bad climb and it enables a quiet space even there's a lot happening on the street below. I couldn't ask for more! Merci beaucoup, Claude and Jonah!!!

We highly recommend Claude's apartment located in an amazing neighborhood filled with exceptional cafes, restaurants, bakeries and close to two metro spots. Apartment was clean and had all that we needed. Very spacious and comfortable. Claude was very helpful with recommendations in the area. You will need to walk up the four flights to the flat but the railings are sturdy and lighting is good. We would definitely stay here again! Loved everything about Paris!

Wonderful location and a clean spacious apartment for two prople

We had a great time in paris. The apartment is located very centrally with all the attractions within 10-15 minutes of public transport. The street is also very happening with good crowd. I will miss the coffee place on the ground floor.

Comfortable Paris apartment in a great location

The property is very well-kept and equipped and in a great location. Shops and restaurants are just a short walk away. If you enjoy good food, creperies, fromageries, boulangeries are just a few minutes away. Claude is a considerate host. Our flight arrived early and he let us check in ahead of time. We had a great stay.

Comfort and Great Location

We loved our stay in Claude's apartment! It was exactly as described and had everything to make us feel at home and comfortable. The bed and shower were great. We had air conditioning and all needed amenities. Most of all, we LOVED the location - so close to shops, food and entertainment. Claude was very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!

Wonderful apartment and great location

Apartment was perfect for husband and myself and had everything we needed. The washer and dryer was an added bonus since we had been traveling before arriving in Paris. Loved all the natural light. The apartment was just as it appeared in pictures. It was quite comfortable and beautiful. It was perfectly located in the central neighborhood of Paris. A short walk to the metro. Many many restaurants within two blocks. There were coffee shops all around. It is a non-touristy area and reflects the true Parisian community and experience. It is located up five flights of steps without an elevator, so it would not be good for people who are not able to climb steps.

Amazing Paris Apartment!

If you’re looking for a lovely, clean and well appointed apartment in Paris- look no further. Claude was amazing to work with! We had no issues and the apartment was quiet, beautifully decorated and very comfortable for us. Laundry was a plus! Right around the corner is an amazing street with tons of cafes and shops. Highly recommend!!

Location Unbeatable

4th floor apartment, all the comforts of a modern apartment in an old building. Clean, safe, and right where we wanted to be, on a side street close to real Paris life. The bedroom was amazingly quiet. Property owner Claude and his son were in communication with us ensuring all was well. When we return to Paris, we will stay there again.

Perfect family stay

We took our nine-year-old daughter to Paris for three weeks and this was the perfect apartment for us. The location was excellent and close to the major transport hub of Chatelet/Les Halles if we wanted the metro. Otherwise all the attractions were an easy walk (including the Louvre, Latin Quarter and Les Marais). The apartment was immaculate with excellent facilities — we could cook meals and wash our clothes. We had an enjoyable and happy stay here and would highly recommend this apartment.
