Apartment in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Paris

Claude is a great host, with very good recommendations for restaurants, bakeries, and sightseeing! The beautiful apartment is a block away from one of the best streets in Paris, Rue Montorgueil. Very comfortable beds! We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect Location

We loved Claude's place. It was in the perfect location surrounded by lively streets yet very quiet at night for resting. The air conditioning is very efficient and kept us cool during the heatwave. With so many options for eating just out the door we didn't cook at all!

Traveling through Europe

This was all you could ask for in a VRBO. We had a chance to wash our clothes which was really nice. It’s in a great location, and allowed us to fully enjoy Paris. All in all this is a great experience and I do not have any complaints.

Claude was a great host. He met us at the apartment and showed us what we needed to know about the rental. The location couldn’t have been better!! Amazing location

We had the best stay at this apartment. The location was amazing. And even though it was so close to the vibrant neighborhood it was quiet and comfortable. Having a kitchen and washing machine was and added bonus. And Claude was so quick responding to any questions we had. One of the best rentals we have stayed in.

Good, clean apartment in a central location in Paris. Quick access to public transportation and restaurants. Grocery store just around the corner. Apartment was nice and modern. AC is only in living area so the two fans provided were a must to move air into the bedroom. There is a window from the bedroom into the bathroom which we had to cover for privacy. Other than that, the apartment was great for our family. Claude was an excellent host and very responsive.

Centrally located

Lovely centrally located apartment next to metro and the rue Montorgeuil! Our host Claude was wonderful and very helpful. The furniture/beds are extremely comfortable; loved having a wager and dryer and the fact that we were within 5 minutes of one of the best bakeries in Paris is certainly a huge bonus. Loved it!

Beautiful 2nd Arr apartment in dreamy neighborhood

There are not enough wonderful things to say about this property, the neighborhood & property manager. Situated in a dreamy part of the 2nd Arr, surrounded by wonderful cafes, bakeries, coffee shops, etc. The apartment is spacious & high end. The property manager was so kind & even sent local restaurant recommendations. Highly recommend & we’ll definitely be back!

Claude and the apartment were excellent

The property was great for my wife, my two children and myself. There was plenty of room for us although we didn’t spend a ton of time in the apartment other than to sleep. It was clean comfortable and in a great neighborhood. Claude was a tremendous host who was eager to answer any questions or provide recommendations. I’d highly recommend this place as it’s a simple but perfect apartment for exploring the beautiful city of Paris.

Chic flat in a neighborhood that looks like a movie set!

Overall had a fantastic stay at the apartment. Easy walk to the metro and tourist sites like the Louvre. We completely fell in love with the neighborhood. Its packed with bars, restaurants, cafe's, and more. The area literally reminded me of a movie set. The apartment was very modern and clean. The host offers some thoughtful conveniences like umbrellas and power converters to use for your stay as well. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely Fabulous

A wonderful apartment, equipped with both a washing machine AND a dryer. This enabled us to travel from Canada with only carry-on luggage. Claude, the proprietor, is the perfect host — kind, attentive, obliging. A dream to deal with. We will most definitely return to this apartment.

Perfect apartment and location!

Although the entrance and stairs were very rustic, the apartment was perfectly updated. I have used VRBO for 22 years and this property was one of the most comfortable, sheets, bed and bedding extremely nice, everything clean, Claude and his son allowed us inside early with our bags, which was very much appreciated. Checkout a breeze, neighborhood felt very safe and proximity to Rue Montorguiel was perfect for many reasons, best of all not needing to leave neighborhood for an evening meal. Thank you Claude for your assistance and hospitality.

Amazing Apartment

This beautiful and spacious apartment is located in an amazing location less than 5 minutes away from metro station and large shopping mall. It is also very close to numerous restaurants and grocery stores but was never too loud for us to sleep or rest after a day of sightseeing. The apartment was well furnished with plenty of towels/linens/pillows for our family and the kitchen was fully stocked. It also included a washer and dryer which was huge for us as we traveled with kids. Claude was super nice and welcoming and was an incredible host. We even had umbrellas provided which came in handy during two days of rain. Would highly recommend this apartment for its location, amenities and amazing host.

First trip to Paris

Communication with Claude was great!!! Answered all my questions/responded very timely. We are from the U.S. I brought my sister (resident of Germany), son, daughter, and her friend. Place is very close to a lot of dining. 20 minute walk from the train station, and most tourist attractiond are walking distance. The only place for improvement is the shower. Looks like there's a slight design flaw--when showering, the water will splash and gets the floor soaking wet, no matter how careful you are, as there is no door or curtain. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Wonderful place to stay

We stayed for 4 nights. This is a nice apartment with everything we needed on the first floor (2nd US). Several shops, bakeries, the metro, bus stops, and restaurants nearby/walking distance made for an enjoyable experience. Also the Louvre, is just a 26 min. walk from the apartment. The only improvement needed was the water heater seemed to only be enough for one shower. We'd have to wait 30 mins or so for the second shower. Not a big deal if planned. Internet speed was great. Claude was very friendly and helpful in getting us checked in. We would stay again at this wonderful apartment and location when going to Paris.

My husband, child and I had a very comfortable stay in this centrally located apartment in the 2nd Arrondissement. Claude was available to meet us upon our arrival and then gave us a tour of the apartment to show us everything we would need to know for a comfortable stay. The apartment itself was very clean and well appointed; the kitchen had all modern appliances, and there was air conditioning as well as a washer/dryer. There were two pull-out couches and our son slept on one while we took the bedroom.With all of the great food options nearby, we didn't end up cooking. Claude gave us some wonderful suggestions for places to eat in the area and introduced us to the foodie's dream street, the Rue de Nil, around the corner. This is an intimate little street with the most excellent bakery, food shops and restaurants. We stopped by this street for all of our picnic needs each day on our way to see the sights. We were close to great cafes and a grocery as well. This apartment is within walking distance to the Seine, major museums, shopping, and metro stations. We are grateful to Claude for his excellent communication, generous suggestions, and for hosting us in this apartment. We would definitely stay here again!

Parfait in Paris….

Truly a hidden gem - in fact, it would be nice to keep this a secret, but, I know that would be selfish….My husband & I recently spent 3 glorious nights at Claude’s magical apartment…everything about this place was 5-star - the location walkable to everything glorious - an amazing bakery - Stohrer’s Bakery on Montorgueil plus numerous cafe’s, grocery/markets, cheese & wine shops - too many to mention….all walkable . Also, the winner for me - E. Dehillerin - Rue Coquillière adjacent to a fantastic Cafe - The apartment has been recently updated, has a washer/dryer, A/C, comfy bed and is located on the first floor - no street noise, There is no lift, but it didn’t make a difference as the one flight of stairs was not an issue. Check-in/Check-out process a breeze - Claude met us at the apartment and thoroughly explained everything. Claude was easy to communicate with prior and during our stay….. this will be a place to return to for us…, thank you Claude - A bientot…..ps Claude is fluent in English as well!

ロケーションは3号線の駅に近い、便利なレアール駅にも近くパリの街を移動するのにとても便利。近くにレストランやコンビニも揃っていて楽しい。大人4人、子供、8歳1人、合計5人で泊まったが、キッチンなど使えたのでよかった。オーナーのクラウドさんも感じが良く、すぐに対応してくれた。一つ残念なのが給湯システムで、シャワーに続けて入ると、間に合わなくて冷たくなる。

The Place To Stay in Paris

Die Wohnung ist genial. Top modern, mit Design & Style. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist auch perfekt. Kommunikation und Koordination mit Claude war einfach und reibungslos. Gerne wieder. Falls wir nach Paris zurückkommen, dann wird diese Wohnung unsere erste Wahl sein.
