Ancien immeuble d'imprimantes entiÚrement rénové en été 2016, situé dans un patio calme. L'appartement est situé au rez-de-chaussée, donnant directement sur le patio.
Le grand toit en verre apporte une lumiĂšre exceptionnelle dans tout l'appartement.
L'esprit industriel et le plafond en bois datant de la révolution française en chambre ont été conservés.
La décoration parisienne a été sélectionnée avec des carreaux de métro dans la salle de bains et des toilettes séparées.

L’appartement de Rachel est parfait! Il y a tout le nĂ©cessaire, l’accĂšs Ă  l’appartement est facile et le quartier est bien situĂ© et gĂ©nial! Rachel et Romain rĂ©pondent trĂšs rapidement. Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour en famille!

Paris différemment

TrĂšs bel appart bien Ă©clairĂ© grace au puits de lumiĂšre, totalement Ă©quipĂ© avec livre de rĂ©fĂ©rences pour tous les services. Seul bĂ©mol, peut ĂȘtre un manque de serviettes, nous Ă©tions 4 adultes. Lit et canapĂ© lit super comfortable. SituĂ© Ă  3 minutes Ă  pied d’une bouche de mĂ©tro, avec les marchĂ©s, cafĂ©s, bistros et restos Ă  2 pas de l’appart. Rachel, merci d’avoir pensĂ© Ă  ajouter des ventilateurs pour contrer la chaleur! Nous sommes extrĂȘmement satisfaits de notre sĂ©jour. Encore merci!

Rachel's apartment was exactly as advertised, and was an incredibly welcoming and homey place to base our Parisian adventures from. The location is brilliant -- just a few steps from a busy metro with access all over the city, and within a short walk of the heart of Marais, Republique/Oberkampf, the Louvre, the Opera, and many other attractions. We were extremely comfortable in her home, and appreciated her binders of recommendations and local attracitons in the neighborhood. Her communication was concise and caring, and she checked in on us virtually throughout the week to make sure we were surviving a particularly hot stretch of weather (which we were thanks to the strong AC unit in the apartment)! Truly, I can't provide a high enough rating for our stay. Especially for the price and location, this is a steal!

Just stay here already!

The place is so great. Very quiet close to metro, has air conditioning, plenty of space to eat in if you don’t want to eat out all of the time. Rachel is super responsive and helpful. Just remember to turn on the hot water when you arrive and you’ll be ready to go!

Fantastic Property in Paris

We recently stayed with my wife and 2 kids and loved the location. Our host was fantastic throughout our entire stay and their property has everything you would need for your stay. It's located numerous restaurants and is a short walk away from the Metro Strasbough station. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Absolutely Perfect Home Stay--Five Stars Across the Board

Our deepest thanks for Rachel for a most comfortable week in Paris. The apartment is exactly as described, but she provides much more than what is listed. The apartment is very quiet as it's in an enclosed courtyard, but it's centrally located, with easy access on foot to everything you'd want to see in le Marais, and in a vibrant, multicultural neighborhood.It's the best equipped home stay I've ever rented, especially if you like to cook. There are board games, too. Best of all is the guest guide with locals-only recommendations for dining and activities across Paris--we dined at a number of the places and they were amazing.You can't go wrong with this home, especially for extended stays. Thank you so much, Rachel. We look forward to our next visit.

Super zentral

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartement. Angenehm war die hohe, lichtdurchflutete Decke. Dadurch wirkte der Raum indem sich das Sofa, der Eßtisch und die KĂŒche befinden gleich viel grĂ¶ĂŸer. Einziger Nachteil an diesem Raum ist, das man ihn nicht verdunkeln kann, und die Kinder morgens zeitig wach waren. Das hat uns den Wecker gespart ;-) Sowohl das Bett, als auch das ausziehbare Sofa (mit Matratze) waren sehr bequem. Die Gastgeberin Rachel hat uns kurz vor der Anreise kontaktiert, und die Codes fĂŒr die HaustĂŒr an der Straße und die eigentliche EingangstĂŒr mit der SchlĂŒsselbox durchgegeben. Es ist die Box im Innenhof gleich rechts. Rachel war immer sofort erreichbar, bzw hat sich erkundigt, ob alles ok ist.Die Verkehrsanbindung war spitze. Nur 10 Min Fußweg zum Paris Est, wo sich auch diverse Metrostationen befinden. Von dort ging es problemlos in die Innenstadt ( ca 10 Min), nach Versailles (ca 35 Min) und nach Disneyland Paris ( ca 50 min). Einkaufsladen, BĂ€cker, zahlreiche Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft. Es ist eine belebte Straße, von der man durch die Innenhoflage absolut nichts mitbekommt. Auch von den Nachbarn hört man absolut gar nichts. Alles in allem einfach ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Another excellent stay

The apartment is stocked with the sundries anyone could need. The place is spotless and quiet. The appliances are up to date. The location is convenient to supermarkets and restaurants. It is close to major sightseeing. This is our second visit and we hope to rent it again when we return to Paris soon.

I have never experienced a more thoroughly organized apartment. Nothing was out of place in a drawer! Great design, with no upper cabinets. Truly my only criticism would be that I could have used more detergent capsules for the dishwasher!! It would have been nice To open a window. We missed having more fresh air.to have been able to open

The Perfect Paris

The apartment was was exactly as the pictures portrayed, if not better. Location was great as you are close to the metro, which allows you to get anywhere you could want to go! Plenty of restaurants, bars, bakeries as well as grocery stores. So much better than a hotel would have been. Our hosts were fantastic. Always quick to respond to any question and always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and that our stay was perfect!

Beautiful Oasis

Rachel has thought of everything. This apartment is very comfortable, very well appointed, beautifully decorated and has everything you could possibly need. It's so quiet and bright and you feel like you're in a private oasis in the heart of a busy and vibrant neighborhood. I was so impressed with the skylights and loved hearing the rain splashing on them. The kitchen is so well laid out, I wish I had more time to cook in it. There are tons of excellent takeaway restaurants and cafes in close proximity. After a full day of seeing the sights and enjoying the city, this is the perfect place to then cuddle up on the couch and rest up for the next day of adventures. The bed is VERY comfortable and the shower is big enough to really get clean in. Not having to navigate stairs with your luggage is a major plus. We loved staying here so much and will hope this place is available again on our next visit to Paris. Thank you so much Rachel for sharing your home with us. Ă  bientĂŽt !

Wonderful apartment in Paris

I have rented many VRBO apartments but this apartment was , by far, the best apartment we have ever rented! The apartment has everything anyone could ever need. The kitchen was exceptionally equipped! The apartment is very close to the metro and a grocery store is just steps away. There are many restaurants nearby. Rachel was a very caring host and made sure we were comfortable. I would definitely rent this apartment again!

Amazing Stay in Paris

Property is as listed. Well furnished and great layout. Lots of natural light, and with its location minimal street noise. Check in process was easy and straightforward. Rachel was quick to respond to any questions. Lots of great places to eat close to the apartment and there is a grocery store right down the street which made it really convenient if you need anything for snacks or drink. Was able to walk to almost all main attractions and the metro is a block away. Would highly recommend this place for your trip to Paris.

Perfectly situated and well-equipped

I am extremely satisfied with my stay during 7 nights. My 18 yr old son slept on the sofa bed and my 18 yr old niece and I slept on the queen bed together (if you are American, I think the width of this bed is closest to a queen, smaller than a king). There are plenty of outlets and there are reading lights on each side of the bed. Floor fans are provided. This apartment is so well-situated to the Strasbourg St Denis station! We had direct access to 3 metro lines. There is a Co-op store right next to the apartment for buying your food and necessities. The owner is very responsive and kind. The air conditioner is a major plus to this apartment. Smart TV is new with streaming access and also local French channels. Everything in the apartment is modern. Has a big dishwasher, clothes washer, microwave and decent-sized refrigerator. A lot of space!!! I don’t have any complaints at all. I will definitely return to this apartment the next time I am in Paris.

Perfect for first time in Paris!

I could not have asked for a better accommodation for my first time in Paris. It was wonderfully equipped with air conditioning, washer/dryer, refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer... all the comforts of home. Importantly, it was VERY close to the metro, which I used to get all over Paris. It was also close to several very good cafes and bakeries as well as a few supermarkets. The apartment was exactly as described and very comfortable. Moreover, Rachel was a wonderful host. She was very responsive to all of my questions and requests. I wanted for nothing. I had the thought several times that if I make it back to Paris I would like to stay here again. I cannot recommend it enough!

Lovely apartment

This apartment is in a great location and the location back in the courtyard makes it safe and quiet. Everything we needed was there and the hosts were available for any questions. We highly recommend a stay here!

Great Apartment in a non touristry area.

This is a great apartment! Of all the Vrbo's I've stayed in this one is the best stocked and supplied I've experienced. You could actually cook a real meal in this kitchen without having to improvise. You also don't have to run the dishwasher constantly because there only 4 cups, plates, forks, etc. There is plenty of everything. The pictures really don't do justice to this cute and comfortable apartment. There is a warning about the plumbing, but we experienced no issues. It is quiet and in a real Paris neighbor. There are many restaurants in easy walking distance, plus all the shops you will need. The metro stop truly is less than two blocks away and has 3 lines. It is easy to get anywhere in Paris from there. The only inaccuracy I found was that it is 1.2 miles from the Louvre, not .6 of a mile. Everything is so understated about this apartment I'm sure it is a conversion issue from kilometers to miles. The only day we walked home from sightseeing was the day we went to the Louvre. Everywhere else you are going to need to use the Metro. I definitely recommend staying here and experiencing a real Paris neighborhood.
