Bedrooms are private and nicely appointed. The bathroom is contemporary and spa-like. Expansive windows bring in natural light, and a private patio offers outdoor space. High ceilings enhance the sense of grandeur.

Kitchen boasts sleek dark wood and crisp white cabinetry. It includes premium stainless steel appliances and a functional island with seating. The luxurious bathroom has a dual vanity, large mirror, deep soaking tub, and a separate glass-enclosed shower. Throughout, stylish lighting fixtures create a refined ambiance. Polished hard flooring adds to the chic aesthetic.

-The building pool is only open on Saturdays and Sundays.

-The building is undergoing façade repairs throughout the year

-Construction workers may be visible on the exterior during daytime hours

-Noise may occur between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM

-This unit is being offered at a discounted rate to reflect these temporary conditions.

-If you're staying with us for a month or three, we'll need you to fill out a quick application before arrival. This helps us keep everything in line with the building's requirements.



Parking: Valet parking is available at the building (hourly rates apply; no in/out privileges). We also offer private nearby parking for $35/day (cash only) with limited availability (9 spots total).
