The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We especially loved the garage, which made parking easy and convenient. The location was excellent—very close to the falls and the casino. I had no concerns with the location. The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

It was a good economical stay. Loved that we were so near the falls. Stayed 2 nights. The accommodations are good with 4 bedrooms all sharing a hall bath. The owners have nice finishes in the bathrooms and kitchen. Some really nice touches. The living room could use more seating for groups more than 4 people. The backyard is not set up to hang out. PGreat being able to bring our dog. The US housing and business side of Niagara Falls is pretty oppressed looking nearest the falls. A lot of the last coat of paint was 50 years ago feel. This house is in that neighborhood. The first night there was some man screaming and pounding on a nearby door. But the next evening was pretty quiet.

The property was clean and well maintained. We used the kitchen to prepare some of our meals and found it well appointed. The street was very quiet and convenient to free parking for a 1/2 mile walk to the Falls.

Really great location! It’s close to everything. The house is very clean. The steps are steep so if you have an elderly person, they may have difficulty with the stairs. There is only one shower which with a big family gets annoying- but that’s just the little things. Yard is fenced if you have a dog. I would stay there again. Thank you!!!!

Family Trip

This was the perfect home for my family as I felt like a home away from home. The falls was a short drive or 20 min walk that was very enjoyable. The ally was a lil not as nice as the neighborhood, but the neighbors were very friendly. My family and I felt safe the whole trip. I would recommend this rental.

Niagara Visit

The property was very clean and nice on the inside. It is very close to Niagara Falls, the main attraction we went to see. It had plenty of room for my family and our small pet. Having the garage was very nice to be able utilize. All in all, it was very enjoyable.

Nice place

I was a little taken aback by the neighborhood at first but it turned out to be a nice and quiet stay. Having the garage for off street parking was nice. Also the house was exactly how it was described on the website. Very clean and cozy. We were only a 10 minute drive to Niagara Falls and the rainbow bridge to Ontario. I would definitely stay here again.

Great family oriented house for Niagara Falls Get-away

House is as advertised/described! Cleanliness was top notch, mattresses seemed brand new, and all furniture was in great shape and comfortable. We had essentially 7 adults and house was perfect. Garage is a game changer too!!!! Essentially a 2.5 car garage (detached to home, 20 ft from house) with an extra fridge if needed for an extended stay. Owners responded within minutes of being contacted, but admittedly did not require any assistance as house was great, directions were exact, and everything was as stated. Very close to Rainbow bridge/US Falls' park, so conveniently located. House was quiet at night as an older brick home, so thick walls. 5 Stars earned for being exactly as described/presented!

3 Night Stay

We weren’t familiar with the Niagra Falls area and looked through a lot of rentals before choosing this one. I was a little taken back of the city but this rental made the stay a little better. Spacious, clean bedrooms, pet friendly rental with a fenced in backyard for our dog. You can conveniently access the house from the detached garage, which leads you into the fenced in backyard. The cameras and access from the garage to house gives you a sense of security, and to be able to park your vehicle in the garage is a bonus.

Nice stay

We stayed here with my family and it met all of our needs. It was nice being able to park in the garage out back and it was a short drive to the falls. Everything we needed was provided by the host. Overall the stay was great.

Great option

This was a great option for our family while visiting Niagra Falls and the Buffalo area. The house was clean and spacious enough for our family not to feel on top of each other. The host was very responsive and helpful with whatever was needed.
