Whether you're an avid golfer, fisherman ( we have got ya covered with a Commercial Ice Machine and Bait Freezer ), or yachtsman looking for deep water protected dockage for your vessel, this is the place for you. Conveniently located across the street from Marathon Country Club and less then a mile from 2 Major Grocery Stores, Bars, Restaurants, shopping and much more; we guarantee your going to love this well appointed home. Sombrero Beach is 2 miles away and Kayak Adventures start at your dock. You can rent Kayaks, Bikes, Paddle Boards and More an have them delivered and picked up at your door. This 3 Bedroom 2 Bath beautiful home is located on a large private lot in a nice quiet neighborhood. If you love to walk or exercise we have the bike/walking path on Sombrero Beach Road and Keys Fitness Center and Deli close by also. If you like live Music and Good Food, we also have Dockside Bar and Grill, a local's landmark, right on the other side of the golf course as the crow flys. See Ya'll Soon!

Favorite House in Marathon

We loved this house. Quiet neighborhood, inlet hidden from the wind, HUGE pool. We didnt spend much time inside since the pool and tiki hut were so perfect but the house is beautiful (even nicer than the pictures), very clean and the kitchen had everything you need. We stayed here with our two kids and they loved it just as much (especially the bunk beds :). We will be back.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property on the water and across from a golf course! Perfect location in the Keys to venture out to other islands. House accomodations were great and pool and patio was great. Host was very informative and easy to contact for any information. Hopefully we will make a trip back!

The house was exactly as depicted online. It was very clean and the pool was warm and huge. Conveniently located to groceries and fun activities. Guy was friendly and quick to respond. Would love to stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there! The house was clean and we had plenty of room to relax. The daily dips in the pool were perfect after touring around the other islands.

Family Vacation

Home was very nice and clean. Location was convenient and close to grocery store, beach and restaurants. Family loved the pool and tiki bar. Had a couple of minor maintenance issues come up, but we notified the host and he was on top of everything right away. Guy was very responsive and easy to work with.

Great stay when going to Marathon!

Great home to stay in! Nice interior layout! Kitchen is great to cook in! Amazing pool. Really nice neighborhood with a great 1.7mile loop to walk around the golf course in front of the house!

Wonderful home

Great location to stores, restaurants, and boat dick well protected. Fabulous large pool, and very nicely landscaped. Home was very clean and we had one incident that was promptly handled. Property Manager excellent. Highly recommend!

Perfect spot in the jeys

This is a beautiful property. The private pool is perfect. Plenty of room for the whole family to swim and big enough for laps. Master is separate and therefore quiet. We lived on the screen porch. I would highly recommend this property!

Paradise

We have visited the Keys multiple times for family vacations. This property by far makes the top of the list. Very clean and setup perfectly. The house is conveniently located for anything you want to do in Marathon. Nice size pool and dock amenities for a very memorable Florida Keys experience. Christmas week

This is one of the cleanest houses we have stayed in while visiting Marathon. House is well stocked. Outside pool/dock area is great. Only thing to make it better would be some ping pong or a pool table outside to entertain teens. The ice maker and bait freezer were very handy for fishing. Tarpon and Manatee swim by the dock daily. The only con from anyone in our group was the bunk bed mattresses. They are probably fine for little kids but my older teens said they were uncomfortable. The master bed and queen bed were fine. We plan on booking this house for next year!!

We spend a couple of weeks in Marathon every year and after our first stay here this place is now the family favorite! There were 2 things that were very minor that could bother some people that I should mention, but also might just be related to timing. The trees on the property dropped enough leaves daily that we cleaned the pool and patio each morning. 10 minutes each morning, tops, to take care of. If fishing at the property is a big deal, it’s not ideal as the water is crystal clear and the mangrove snapper will just stare back at you. I killed a live shrimp, dropped it in and watched a half dozen mangroves stare at it as it sunk to the bottom. Not even the little ones touched it. I had to leave the dock and wait a few minutes before they’d take it. I fish with very light tackle and have to say that during daylight hours, those fish are as well educated as any that I’ve ever seen. If dealing with a few mosquitoes and fishing after dark is ok with you though, at least one fish taco dinner for 6 should be available if you’re up for it. I did see a few small barracuda and a tarpon swim by, but it wasn’t a hotspot. These things were incredibly minor to us and we’d highly recommend this place to everyone we know. We will absolutely be returning!

Guy was very helpful and quick to respond with any questions. We had a trailer issue on the way down and Guy was more than happy to work with us and wait til we were able to arrive. House is in a phenomenal location and dockside was perfect.
