We chose this property for a little staycation to celebrate our 32nd anniversary. The property was clean and the views were gorgeous. Christine was an excellent host. There are chairs on the beach and a few umbrellas (there is also an umbrella in the property) along with beach towels. There is no cooler. There were some hiccups with checking in, & parking due to the building being painted but overall we had a great time.

The Beach in Longboat Key

Lovely get away. Condo was clean and comfortable for our sister trip (3of us). Kitchen area was very nice Pool was heated. View of ocean was stunning. The beach was not crowded at all. Beach wasn t perfect as there were quite a few dead fish carcasses ( no smell) probably still not cleaned up after the hurricane. Plenty of good seafood restaurants close by.

Lovely views from the room enhanced our stay. The location of the property was central so travel to attractions north and south was easy. The availability of chairs and umbrellas for the beach was a welcome bonus.

Comfortable Paradise

LBK is nothing short of paradise. This property was perfect for our family of 4. It was super clean, spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The pool was always clean and the beach was perfect and not crowded. We will definitely look to come back to this location!

Breathtaking View

We stayed in May 2024. Pros The view of the Gulf is truly breathtaking. Just steps away from the beach, providing easy access. The king bed is on the firmer side, which we found comfortable. Excellent location, just minutes from top restaurants such as Euphemia Haye, The Shore, Dry Dock, Lazy Lobster, La Norma Italian, and close to St. Armands Circle. The condo features a large new 42-inch TV. Although it's placed in an unconventional spot, it likely fits best there within the space. The host was highly responsive to all our questions and needs. Cons The main building, pool, and grounds could benefit from some maintenance, including a good pressure wash and possibly a fresh coat of paint. The unit had some new furniture pieces, but the sofa was broken and unusable, and one chair in the living room was worn out. It seems the owners plan to replace these items soon. While the unit was not cleaned to our expectations, the owner promptly refunded the cleaning fee, which we appreciated. The outdoor deck was smaller than we had expected, it was still nice to sit out and enjoy the beautiful Gulf of Mexico!

Wonderful peaceful paradise

The view from the condo was exceptional. The kitchen was well equipped and all other furniture was comfortable. The private balcony was cozy and intimate. The private beach area just a few steps from the pool was awesome. Everyone at the condo was friendly. We will be back.

Relaxing getaway.

This was a quick fall break getaway. The place was quiet and the beach is beautiful and peaceful. We did not worry about our 4 year old running around at all. It was so nice to have chairs and umbrellas accessible to use for free. The location was great, it was just far enough away for peace and quiet but still a close drive to restaurants and stores. The condo itself has a beautiful ocean view we loved looking out at every morning and evening. The condo met all of our requirements for essentials. The master bed is very comfortable as mentioned in the description. We highly recommend staying here and we are already planning a return with all of our extended family in the future.

Best place at The Beach!

Our fifth straight year and fourth different place at The Beach. Best one so far. Very clean. No Bugs. Bed was firm and comfortable. Patio was a little bigger than it looks in the pictures. Overall, an excellent stay. Thank you!

Great Vacation Rental

Everything was so good that we re-upped for 4 weeks for 2024. Office personnel, especially Sue, are very nice. If there was any negative it was that there are no bins for re-cycling, but that might be a LBK issue as much as a condo issue.

Perfect!

Everything was amazing. Included everything we needed. Place was modern, clean, and had amazing views. Any closer to the beach and we'd be sleeping in the water. Pool was nice and warm and beach was clean and quiet. Perfect getaway. Will be back!

Perfect one bedroom oceanfront condo in a small two story complex. Beautiful almost private beach with chairs and umbrellas provided. Great swimming pool on the property. Older type building refurbished and our unit was totally updated and well appointed! Would definitely stay there again.. beats a busy high rise building any day!

A sliver of heaven!

The colors of the water, the sky-combined with a sweet space with large windows that offered a grand view of this beauty--combined for a slice of heaven experience!! Christine was A++ in helpfulness and responsiveness. I can not say adequately what a wonderful experience staying here was for my dear childhood friend and me! I will look forward to returning!!
