What a great time my wife and I had. The condo was very well decorated with everything we could need. The host communicated with us if we had any questions. I highly recommend the condo and any other condo Mr. Jim Zilli owns.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! My husband and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Longboat Key. The condo was beautiful, impeccably clean, and decorated so tastefully—it truly felt like a luxury retreat.The beach view was breathtaking, and the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. What made our stay even more special was our host, James. He was incredibly responsive, always quick to answer any questions, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure we had an amazing visit.This was hands down one of the best hosting experiences we’ve ever had. We can’t recommend this condo highly enough and will definitely be back. Thank you for making our vacation so memorable!

We just spent five wonderful days here, and the experience exceeded every expectation. From the moment we booked, communication with the host was outstanding—friendly, prompt, and helpful every step of the way.The condo itself is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and beautifully appointed with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It truly feels upscale while still being warm and comfortable.The location is simply unbeatable. The condo was great! We needed something last minute and Jim couldn’t have been better to communicate with. Balcony was my favorite part… beach is right there, view is amazing. Saw some great wildlife (birds) and even a dolphin. Would stay here again!

Small, Cozy unit ideal for my husband and I’s short anniversary getaway weekend. Host communicates frequently and seems genuinely interested in making your stay as nice as possible. Fantastic ocean view with great sunsets from the balcony.

Carmen is so correct closest properties to the water anywhere within 100 feet of the sand and of course this is a fifth floor penthouse rare on longboat key. She was awesome.

Wonderful Stay!

The condo is perfect! It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is also excellent. Jim’s communication is amazing, and he went above and beyond to make sure we had a great vacation!

Hannah was amazing. No other word for it classy classy classy had a problem with the air conditioning. It's a new one but something got plugged up. We had to bring a technician. There was no drama with her. She was just completely gracious over the top.
