The Space:

This is a new multi-level home with a private heated pool and patio. This incredible property was built for your family's vacation in mind. This home is located just steps away from Beach Access #1 on Okaloosa Island with beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico and the intracoastal waterway from the balcony on the third floor. The common area living room features 12' ceilings, a kitchen island with bar seating, dining room table and covered patios overlooking the pool. This home features four master bedrooms with king beds and a bunkroom with 2 sets of bunk beds. Within walking distance is 6 restaurants, 3 retail shops, mini golf, a gas station and liquor store. It also has a private drive and room for a trailer.

Fantastic Vacation

This property was amazing, all of the bedrooms had king beds. It was so nice to have a pool on the property and it was just a short walk to the beach. Will definitely book this property in the future!

We really enjoyed red fish blue fish! It was just right for our family and the pool was awesome, from our 7 year old! Close walk to the beach, but no ocean view from unit.

Luxury Family Home

The house is great, the design was well thought out, beautifully furnished, and very spacious. We were a group of 12 (6 adults, 6 children) and we never felt on top of each other. House is well stocked with necessary items, a 5-minute walk to the beach, and close to stores. Pool was great; has a tanning shelf perfect for small kids to safely play in the water without being "in the water." Plenty of parking. Dumpster nearby so there was never a worry about where to put the trash. Will definitely book again, everyone really enjoyed their stay.

Great spot!!!

This house is perfect!! Just enough room for everyone. We had 7 adults and 3 kids. Kids were 3 and under. We had plenty of space for everyone! Living room is huge, balcony is huge where everyone can spread out. Rooms are nice and spacious. There are no tubs. Showers only but they are big enough for 3 people!! The pool is a great size for families with kids. It is just enough space for toddlers to have a blast without parents having to worry. The beach is just across the street. Even with 3 toddlers it wasn’t a bad walk. Can we just take a moment and brag about the host Robert!! He was AWESOME!! He responded promptly to any questions I had before we even got there. Once we got there he responded to any questions I had about the property. His customer service is 5 stars!!

Beautiful property, we loved the house, I would strongly recommend placing a plush topper on the beds, the mattresses were really hard and uncomfortable in all 4 rooms... that was the only downside, everything else was great!

Gem nearby to Destin

Everything about the rental went smooth. The house is newer and there is another right next to it that looks almost identical. Every room having an en suite bathroom can't be beat. The area isn't the nicest but didn't mind it, still close to everything. The property manager is extremely responseful and respectful. We are looking into going back next year

Beautiful beach get away!

Our family had a wonderful time at this sparkling, spacious, and tastefully appointed property. The pictures do not do it justice! Bobby was welcoming and very responsive. Would highly recommend.

Highly Recommend!

Unfortunately we didn’t get to stay at the house due to Hurricane Sally because there wasn’t any power for the first 2.5 days and with kids it’s pretty rough so we ended up having to get a hotel but they made everything up to us and were so helpful in every way. Even though we didn’t get to stay, we will be back and plan to come back here just because of the customer service we got!!
