Welcome to Sea Turtle House — Your Beachfront Retreat for a multi-generational or multi-family getaway! Named for the 4 baby sea turtles that tried to visit us in the fall of 2020. Luckily, they all made it safely to the ocean.

When the description says just bring yourself and clothes BELIEVE it. This home has everything you can think of. Including a functioning clean grill. The beds were great, the furniture was comfortable, anything you can think of in the kitchen. Very clean , with amazing views of the gulf. Communication with the owners, and house keeping was easy. Can’t wait till next time. Will visit again!

The Sea Turtle house is FABULOUS!You can’t get any closer to the beach!!! The “strip” that it is on is calm, not a lot of traffic. Close to restaurants and minutes from beautiful Destin. The inside of the house is furnished with just about anything that you will need, and beautifully decorated. Outside, the decks are amazing, there are outdoor games, beach chairs, umbrellas, noodles, sand toys, etc. On a scale of 1-5, I rate it a 10 !! Definitely will stay here again.

Great place near the water

The communication is excellent. The place has plenty of room and was very comfortable. My husband and I, my three kids and their spouses, and a 3 month old baby stayed in The Turtle House. We all enjoyed are stay. I would definitely recommend this place.

We arrived to a beautifully clean and well laid out home. Tastefully decorated and very functional. Everything we needed was available.Great views with an awesome deck and patio below that had a very nice gas grill and a two swings that my grandkids loved. The beach and water were the best I’ve experienced in years. Believe it or not we stayed through hurricane Helene and thankfully it landed far enough east of us that we didn’t even lose power. Highly recommend this place!

Family Vacation

As perfect as you could want! Steps away from the beach, two balconies with beautiful views of the beach and water, plenty of space for all 8 of us. Plenty of privacy with one bedroom on bottom floor with access to patio and own en suite. Master suite was large with access to patio on third floor and a large en suite. Third bedroom spacious for the grandkids with built in bunk beds. Easy to secure your spot on the beach. Located close to restaurants, including our favorite BeachView, and shops. Neighbors were friendly. Created wonderful memories in a beautiful location!

Sea Turtle House is perfect

This place was perfect for our family. I went with my wife and two young kids, my wife's parents, and my wife's little sister. There was plenty of space for all of us. The best part was that it only takes 30 seconds to walk from the backdoor to the beach. Will definitely be back.

Family Beach Vacation

From 3 to 63 and all ages in between had a wonderful time at the Sea Turtle house! It was the perfect place for all 9 of us! We couldn’t have asked for a better view of the beautiful Emerald Coast. We used to stay in a condo, but this townhouse was so much better! I highly recommend this place & will definitely be a repeat customer!

Best house on the best section of the beach!

The Sea Turtle House is truly awesome. Very clean, comfortable and classy. What you see in the pictures is what you get. Completely furnished with everything you need. Outstanding hosts as well. But the best part is the location...the house is located along a more quiet part of the beach. The views of the beach are outstanding from both inside and out. Simply put, you will love the Sea Turtle House.

Magnificent Property!

Our family enjoyed staying at the Sea Turtle House for Christmas. The townhouse on the water beachfront with 3B/3.5B was a wonderful experience. We regularly visit the Gulf Coast; this property was ideal for our family. It ranks among the best properties that we have stayed in. It is nicely decorated, spacious, clean, and well-stocked. We enjoy cooking some meals while on vacation, and this house has all the appliances/cookware you need to prepare a delicious meal. The owners even labeled the cabinets and drawers for your convenience. The sunrises and sunsets from the private balconies are spectacular. The house is also convenient to Destin and many quality restaurants. The host was very responsive and gave us a detailed Sea Turtle House information Packet before our arrival. The packet was handy and provided information from check-in instructions, parking, home features, access codes, restaurants, check-out instructions, etc. We would not hesitate to stay at this property in the future.

Family Christmas gift vacation

This house will not disappoint anyone looking for a very clean, well equipped kitchen with a home owner that took care of all the little detail from games to extra sunglasses beach towels. Wonderful Beach Home

This house was absolutely gorgeous. This place was the best we stayed in. The view was a dream come true. I didn’t want to leave and neither did my husband or children. The host was very friendly and responsive. The house had everything you can think of that can be needed at a beach house. All was just so so cozy. It’s just so much to say but no words to describe the greatness. It sounds kind of weird but that’s how it is. One word to sum it up, Perfect!

We love to stay away from condos for more space on the beach. We were nervous about this location but we had plenty of space! Beautifully decorated, clean, and the owner welcomed questions. So glad we found this place. We will stay again!

Hi! We’re Dave and Lagenia, a husband-and-wife team based in Houston, TX. We met while serving in the U.S. Army, got engaged on our second date, and have been married for over 30 years. We have three amazing adult children who still keep life fun and full.

We both love to travel—I’ve been to 41 countries and Dave has been to 39 (yes, we’re a little competitive!). And after visiting beaches around the world, we can honestly say none compare to the one in our own backyard.

I'm originally from Radcliff, Kentucky, and Dave is from Rockville, Maryland. I graduated from Vanderbilt University, and Dave is a proud Citadel alum. Today, Dave works in the travel industry, and I work in franchising—so hospitality is truly close to both of our hearts.

We fell in love with Okaloosa Island while visiting friends and knew instantly it was the perfect place to create a beach retreat for our family. Now, we’re thrilled to share it with you! Our home was designed to bring the beach to you—from sunrise to sunset! As a corner unit, you'll enjoy unobstructed ocean views from every level, with triple sliding glass doors and floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room and primary bedroom.

We love spending time on our two spacious balconies and ground-level patio, all with breathtaking views of the Gulf. Whether you're sipping coffee at sunrise or enjoying a cocktail at sunset, there's no better place to relax.

And in the summer (from Memorial Day to Labor Day), don’t miss the Wednesday night fireworks from the pier, just 2 miles east—you’ll have front-row seats right from our decks and windows on the 2nd and 3rd levels.

It’s these little moments—paired with the space, views, and comfort—that make Sea Turtle House so special.
