Updated Key Colony Beach - Tiki Hut - 37.5 Dock - Cabana Club

Our piece of Paradise features a New Tiki Hut - large living room with New furnishings and tasteful keys décor. 1 couch, 1 sofa bed, large chair & ottoman. Large TV with Xfinity and plenty of room to get comfortable and relax.

KITCHEN is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances includes plates, bowls, cookware, silverware, drink ware, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. Everything you need for your fresh catch.

DINING ROOM area has a comfortable breakfast bar with 3 rattan bar stools and glass topped rattan dining table that seats 6. Has a wall mounted TV.

2 BEDROOMS/ 2 BATHROOMS are cleaned and maintained come with towels & quality linens for a great night sleep. Master Bedroom has a King size bed. 2nd bedroom has 1 single bed and a Queen size bed.. There are TVs in both bedrooms.

BACKYARD is spacious with a BBQ, Relax & Eat under the Tiki Hut fan/Bistro lights/6 chairs & table, fishing station to clean the catch of the day and outdoor furniture. Use our 37.5’ dock for your boat with easy loading and unloading of your gear.

SINGLE CAR GARAGE is converted to a large storage room with a washer & dryer, large bait freezer and space to store your items. In front of garage you can store your trailer (meets KCB code) or for larger trailers there is parking just a few blocks away (extra charges will apply).

CABANA CLUB, Free Access at our islands only private beach club, Cabana Club when you rent from us. Enjoy a full-service bar, ocean front pool, sandy beach and restaurant. Chairs & Lounge Chairs are standard just bring towels

Our stay was wonderful! The furniture was comfortable. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, glasses, utensils and cookware. The barbecue grill was conveniently located. We used it several times. The tiki roof is great..we enjoyed sitting under it for meals or with our beverages.

Great Rental on one of the Marathon canals

This is a great place to rent. It is spacious, clean and in a super location. The owner Robert was very helpful and so easy to communicate with. We would definitely rent here again.

Amazing!!

What a wonderful place to stay!! This amazing property was clean, had a great spot on the canal, easy access to Vaca Cut, two large bedrooms and a well stocked kitchen. Thanks for sharing the Key Colony Beach community with us.

Paradise in the Keys

Our stay was perfect. The place was just as described in the listing. It was very clean and well supplied. Robert the owner was great to work with. He was quick to answer any questions we had and very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone considering it. Fabulous trip!

Winter get away

Truly enjoyed this property. Very clean, comfortable and conveniently located to cabana club, restaurants, sunset point and much more. Loved the coastal decor. We ate most of our meals outside under the tiki hut. Our granddaughter loved the pelicans and manatees in the canal. Owner very responsive, great recommendations for places to eat and explore. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing property and amenities

The property was amazing, and the neighborhood itself made me feel at home. The sunset was beautiful and it was nice to have the beach and pool so close by. The place was very clean and the beds were very comfortable, kitchen is fully stocked with everything to cook including an outside bbq grill. And an abundance of beach towels to enjoy your day at the pool or beach side. We can’t wait for our next stay.We will be using Robert’s home again

My family and I were so happy at Roberts house. The layout and accommodations were great. Robert was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We absolutely plan on staying again!

Key Colony's Best!

Great property! We ate outside every night under the tikihut and watched the pelicans, fish, and jellyfish. We even had a huge lizard visit one evening. Everything was convenient - Cabana Club, Sunset Beach (singing at sundown each night), grocery store and even a dollar store just a few miles away. Loved having the big living room - we all watched a movie together each night. It was also convenient to have two full bathrooms with four adults. Kitchen was very usable and had everything we needed. Extra garage had washer and dryer and some sand toys that we used. Great accomodations!

Beautiful Home in a Perfect Location

We really enjoyed our stay! Key Colony Beach is a friendly, safe community that is close to everything, but feels like its own little world. The Beach Club is a great bonus! The house is clean and spacious with comfortable furniture and a very inviting outdoor space on the canal. The homeowner is very responsive and easy to work with. We will absolutely stay here again!

Kitchen stocked well. On a wide canal. The master bathroom is awkward.

Annual boat parade came down our canal- nice! Construction going on in the duplex on the other side of this unit. Master bathroom is awkward- sink too big and shower door too small.

Very nice!

The house was roomy and clean. Great location. The tiki hut was awesome. We ate all of our meals there! Robert was great, and flexible with check-in and check-out. Would definitely stay here again.
