I stayed here for one week for business and it was great. The rooms were clean, appliances were all working and the owner was very communicative. The apartment is nestled right behind the main strip on Davis Island with minimal walking needed to get anywhere on the island. I highly recommend this place.

Davis Island maybe one of the more peaceful areas to stay in Tampa. Quiet and safe. Accommodations are a little dated but comfortable for a couple or on your own.

Location- Location- Location

Davis Island(s) is a wonderful place to use as your home base for a Tampa area vacation. Just behind the property is "Main Street", with numerous restaurants & other shops. Each day we took an hour's walk, which took us along the channel & the small local airport, ultimately to a fantastic view of Tampa Bay. This was our fourth year staying at this four unit condo.

Great location!

Exactly as advertised! Stacy was great! Simple place in the best location, with some great spots right around the corner for bars, pizza, bagels, and Greek. Easy and accommodating check-in and check-out. Would stay here again in a heartbeat on the next trip to Tampa!

Perfect Location for Waterfront/ Convention Center Area Business or Pleasure

Perfect small apartment for my recent business trip. Walking distance to restaurants and coffee shop in the heart of Davis Island. Easy drive or Uber ride to the downtown/ waterfront area. Davis Island is quaint, and I enjoyed the early morning runs and evening walks to restaurants. For the purpose of my trip, this was fantastic. Host was excellent throughout the process.

A quiet, cozy Davis Island accommodation

This urban oasis on Davis Island was so lovely, quiet, clean and was well setup with plush towels, kitchen supplies and the bed was very comfortable. The rental contact was easy to communicate with and it was easy to enter the apartment and park my car. I enjoyed the location in the quiet neighborhood near the bay. It’s perfect for going for a walk or run and also walking distance to restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Treasure found on Davis Island

Comfortable with enough room to move around. Great location within walking distance (200 yards) to pubs and restaurants. If you're feeling energetic Amalie Area is and 45 min one way. Nice appliances. Nice patio gives a sort New Orleans feel.

My stay here was pretty good. How ever you should have a crockpot, blender and shampoo/conditioner. I didn't like the decorations. Everything else was very good. Stacy put us in a two bedroom unit for the same price of a one bedroom unit.

Really good location

This isn't a luxury apartment but I'm reviewing this by the standard of the price and not compared to a luxury hotel. The location was great. Fairly quiet neighborhood with some local restaurant options right out the back door. Everything worked in the apartment and it was clean. The advantage for me was that this was walking distance (for me) from the convention center. I could walk there in 20 minutes or bike or scooter in 10 minutes. There were wide and well maintained sidewalks for this entire route. No complaints.

Quiet spot with easy access to downtown

I was in town for 4 nights attending a conference at the downtown Tampa convention center. I was really, really happy with this property. It was only a 5-10 minute drive to the convention center, but gave me a little more peace and quiet than I would have gotten staying downtown. Plus the price was much better. The property was clean, private and spacious for one. A great place to relax and unwind. There were restaurants and a coffee shop just steps away and a nice stretch to run on along the waterway. There appears to be a water taxi I could have taken from the hospital area to the convention center, but I ended up driving every day. Would absolutely stay here again. Thanks to the host!

Unpleasant experience

Pro: good location near downtown Tampa. Apartment is spacious. Con: The apartment needs updating especially the bathroom. Photos did not show damaged floor tiles in kitchen and bathroom. No coffee pot & cutting board. Bathroom does not provide counter space for needed essentials such as hairbrush, toothbrush, curling iron etc. Got 3 insect bites on the neck on 2nd night. Reported to the host and were accused of being dishonest. Booked 14 days and checked out in 4th days. Host did not respond to our concern why we were wrongly accused. Terrible experience.
