Easy check in process. Responsive host. Loved being on the river walk and close to University of Tampa. Nicely decorated and comfortable. I would definitely go back.

The overall experience was excellent from the cleanliness to the holiday decor which provided a special touch during our Christmas vacation. We loved our experience! Location was perfect for easy access to downtown Tampa walking running and outdoor activities. Shaun was very kind and responsive to us as our host.

Very clean, nicely decorated and updated property. Beautiful bathroom, excellent proportions on all the rooms. It's right on the Riverwalk which is great for strolling and running to downtown or in the other direction to a great market and park. Everything is codes/automatic so very easy. We didn't use the kitchen or TV but the WiFi access was good. Also totally quiet in terms of building and neighbors which can be a wildcard with any property. We were also able to park easily which is hard to find downtown.

Perfect spot, great place

I was in town for business… this was the ideal location to get to the Amalie Arena area as well as the rest of Tampa for restaurants and the airport. Apartment was exceptionally clean, well stocked and comfortable with a great view of the river. Will definitely stay here again when I’m in town.

Holiday Welcome in Tampa

A comfortable and well located condo. It was complete with Xmas tree for our five night stay. Nice water view of activity on the well lit and used river walk. Good to restaurants and city activity.

GREAT Location!

The condo was very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom is enormous, with a beautiful soaker tub. That was my favorite! I had a minor issue with the washer, and the owner responded quickly.

Great location

Apartment was very clean upon arrival. Parking was easily available either in the lot or in the street. The complex was quiet- we never heard any doors closing or footsteps from above. Great location to walk the Riverwalk and loved walking to Ulele and Armature Works. Bed and furniture was comfortable and air conditioning works great- especially on hot August weather. Would definitely stay again.

My stay at the condo

My stay was enjoyable. The owner was very responsive when needed. Just a little FYI the owner lives on site an rents his place when he travels we were thrown off when we saw shoes an clothes in the drawers. Other than that I would stay here again we enjoyed the stay. The owner also has a dog for those allergic to animals.

Non Shedding Hypoallergenic dog that stays there a few times a year. The condo is disinfected before and after each stay by the cleaning crew. I’m confident you didn’t know of a dog until you saw the extra food in the cupboard. There is plenty of room in the closet for guest clothing.

Location was great near river walk, grocery and restaurants. Nice shower with plenty of hot water. Street traffic was pretty noisy. Parking could be a challenge as street parking is only good for 4 hours. Curtains in living room do not cover the entire window so people can see in. Recommend new pillows as they are worn out and stained. Check in and out was easy. Did not use pool.

Great Location and Super Clean

This condo is right on the Tampa Riverwalk right across from the University of Tampa. It has just been remodeled and is gorgeous. The bedroom is huge and the bed is very comfortable. All linens and towels are provided. The bathroom is amazing with a huge shower and soaking tub. It has a washer and dryer which is very helpful. The kitchen is brand new and well stocked with pots, dishes, silverwear, etc. It is gated and I felt very safe there. I will definitely stay here again. If I had to pick anything "bad" is that it is a little noisy at night because on a busy road but with a white noise app on my phone, I slept like a baby. The owner is very responsive (usually within 5 minutes through the VRBO app). He even provided his cell number but I did not need it. The property has a small pool but we did not use it.

Weekend Getaway

Great location right on the riverwalk and within walking distance to many areas. A bit loud at night but that's the cost of the being so close. A little white noise app and I had no issue sleeping. Owner's are responsive and we had no issues with our stay. Would recommend
