This newly remodeled second-floor condo is located near the back of the complex. It is within walking distance of the Marina and Ferry where you can watch the dolphins. It is 0.5 miles to shops, restaurants, and bars and a short 1.3-mile drive to the beach. The open living room has ample seating for guests with a sleeper sofa, a love seat, an accent chair, a TV, cable, and Wi-Fi. The galley-style kitchen will accommodate your culinary needs with new stainless-steel appliances, granite counter space, a wine chiller, a Keurig coffee maker, pots, pans, and utensils. There are four stools at the bar for seating and entertaining. The guest room (BR1) has a Queen-sized bed, TV, and nightstands. The hall bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The laundry room is at the end of the hallway with a washer and dryer for your convenience. The master bedroom (BR2) has a King-size bed, nightstands, TV, and dresser for your beach attire. The master bathroom has a large walk-in shower with a glass enclosure.

Perfect short trip

We went to see a friend play at Palmfest. The entire trip was great, the house was clean and had everything we needed. It was close to the beach and restaurant's, would definitely book this location again.

Girls healing weekend!

This property was perfect for us! The remodel was nicely done, decorated cute! We enjoyed the living area and the bedrooms were large and comfortable! The pool was an excellent way to cool off and wind down. We loved it!

Great family vacation

The property was very clean and quite spacious. Great location and easy to get to beach/restaurants. My only gripe is that coffee wasn’t provided. Providing a Keurig and a coffee maker is nice but taking the extra step to provide the actual coffee would make it a more enjoyable experiences (most rentals provide).

Everything was okay we had this condo is on the second floor they don’t really change the sheets or comforter, the comforter had a small blood stain and the people that where on the lower level of my condo had a dog that keep barking all night long for the 3 nights that we where there.

Beautiful, clean, and ready to go

The unit was beautiful and nicely decorated. It was recently nicely renovated. It was a little more geared towards adults than children, but it wasn’t a problem. The pool and hot tub area was very enjoyable. There were nice size TV’s in the living room and both bedrooms. (Make sure you know your Netflix and/or Prime passwords if you want to watch anything other than basic cable.) Both the sofa and the loveseat folded out into beds. We only used the smaller one, but my 17 yr old said it was surprisingly comfortable. The basic cookware and utensils were there including a blender, mixer, Keurig and coffee maker. You will need to bring all your own spices and condiments as no food is left in the unit. You will also need to bring your own soaps - including hand soap and laundry soap. We would definitely return!

Would Stay Again

This condo was excellent for our weekend in Port Aransas. Close to everything we needed but tucked away in a great quiet area. The condo itself could use a few updates and touches to make it 5 stars. The bedding and pillows were less than comfortable, very scratchy sheets, and we found hair on the beds. The kitchen was lacking many basic cooking utensils (cutting boards, new pots, and pans - all were quite worn and damaged), foil, Ziplocs, etc) and all of the knives were rusted. Additionally, some hooks in the bathrooms and/or laundry room for hanging bathing suits and towels would have been a huge benefit. The fan in the master bedroom was extremely rickety and loud which would not have been a problem, but the A/C was not giving any cool air to that room, making it quite hot, especially at night as the fan was so loud we could not sleep through it being on. Lastly, the unit did not seem to have been cleaned very well upon our arrival.

Good Place

Great place. 5 minutes or less drive to the beach. Only issue was the blankets and pillows in master bedroom were not clean. Let management know and they sent someone over with brand new bedding to replace it. Would stay again. Wish they had some kind of seating for the patio. There was nothing to relax on but over all good stay.

Great stay with easy check in and check out. Blocks from the grocery store and water access. Fully stocked on all of the essentials. Only thing we were not fond of is items left over from previous parties (I’d assume a bachelorette party.) and the few bugs left on the floor on the condo when we checked in but a quick sweep took care of it with no other issues.

Quiet and comfortable

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on this property! It was clean, very well decorated and kept. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. I would recommend this to anyone interested in staying slightly off the beaten path.

Great place to stay except for the broken toilet seat in the main bathroom, there was fun behind the trash can in the master bathroom and there were a lot of fire ants on the back deck.

Beautiful condo

Everything was very nice. Sleeper sofa was broken so kids had to sleep on mattress on floor but it was fine. Everything else was very nice. Close to everything on Island.
